Building maintenance team should be aware of this, replace it at least every 3 months. And this is not the only room has this issue. Front desk told meany rooms are like this and this concerns me.

Great location: walking distance to any amenity including restaurants, grocery store, etc. Lisa the breakfast lady works seven days a week as far as I can tell and she is super friendly, positive, efficient and brightens your morning. I stay at this hotel often, and she is the reason I keep coming back.

Included airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. Location is convenient with tons of restaurant options, a mall and Skytrain station all within walking distance. They even left me a birthday surprise!

I had issues in the room like the safe would not work, the shower door handle was very loose, the power on the desk did not work. I had issue with the fact that my 'upgraded' room was directly across from the ice machine. Then I come to find out that the ice machines were only working of floors 2 and 6 (the concierge level). So, why on a Sunday morning at 6:45 AM does the staff choose floor 6 ice machine to get bucket after bucket of ice right outside my door. Oh, the ice machine is also broken in the restaurant. There is no manager on duty on Sunday and it is 'not possible' to call the managers on Sunday since it is their day off. IMHO their needs to be someone available to speak to a disgruntled guest even if it is at 6:45 on a Sunday morning. If the guests are getting woken up why not the manager? Without many improvements I would not suggest staying in this hotel.
N	Nansie Van der Hout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cleanest, shiniest bathrooms we’ve seen in a while. Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Able to catch a shuttle to the airport in the early morning. Absolutely no complaints
T	Talha Farooq (talha02) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at four points was excellent. From the get go, the manager, Jay, helped us get comfortable after arriving in the later part of the night. If we had any issues he took care it of it personally. He gave attention to every detail and was extremely helpful and resourceful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. They even have a free shuttle to and from the Airport so you can save on the cab fare!
