โ โ โ โ โ Super friendly staff and large shop too. My bike was quickly serviiced, and the technician is very knowledgeable. The service charge is reasonable, and it has become my new recommended neighborhood bike shop.
Update in May 2022:
So I still kept my original review/comments posted 3 years ago which was truly my experience and opinion. However, I have to downgrade this store to 2 starts due to the following reason:
I brought in my eBike for a missing nut on the kickstand 3 years ago and received good service. However, today I brought in the exact same bike, and this is what happened.
Me: I'd like to have one piece of broken spoke replaced.
Staff: We service eBike but we don't deal with unfamiliar brands like this. (after carefully checking my bike's brand and ensure it's not sold by their shop).
Me: okay..... (door was opened and hold by the staff so I could walk out with the bike, polite enough though!)
I did notice that the shop added "Cap's" to their title which wasn't there 3 years ago, and maybe there's some management change. How come I was given service 3 years ago and denied this time? God knows....
When a bike shop says "we don't deal with bikes that we are not familiar with", that might mean several things:
1. The shop is not confident or capable of servicing customer's bikes, and they don't even care about customer's issues.
2. The shop only prefers servicing bikes they sold or serviced before.
IMO, I would not recommend such shop since it's not a professional bike shop with the necessary skills. This is similar to you take your Toyota to a car repair shop, and they say "sorry we are not familiar Toyota brand".
You are being warned here, take you bike here only for small things they are "familiar" with.

โ โ โ โ โ Exceptional services. I find the team is friendly and genuinely trying to help. Went in to ask some questions about bike repair. Barry and Dennis took the time to listen to my concerns and help me out. Given how busy bike store these days are, the staff are really patient in help their customers. Best services I have received from any bike store.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my bike in for a tire replacement yesterday. Staff were friendly and got the job really quickly. They didn't mention anything about the cost of labor for the parts and replacement but it was Reasonably priced so I have no issues with it. I do recommend this place but maybe casually ask them for the cost upfront so there are no guesses or misinterpretation.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is owner operated and it seems like the technicians have been there forever. They know their bikes and take pride in their service. Prices seem reasonable for both bikes and repairs. Good selection of quality parts. Bikes are geared more to the casual and family riders. Nothing pretentious here.
