F	Freddy Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Was standing in line while the employee talk. Keep asking for the same info. At least 3 employee ask for the info, but no one does anything. They just ask for the info. Once some decide to help me, they are very rude, told me i had to call the line to get my item carry to the car. I would have giveb them 0 star but that is not a option. Edit The warehouse guys were friendly, greeted me and wish me a happy holidays! My suggestion is to get those 2 warehouse boys to train the sale rep to smile and greet people! Edit2 First of, thanks you for the reply. I am sure they are busy, but from what i can see when i was there lining up at the online pick up counter, i did not see anyone there except for 3 staff standing around and talking. Maybe they were busy deciding who should serve me. Also i did not see a phone number outside the store or at the parking lot with a curbside pick up number, till i have fully entered the store. Maybe i am dumb, but doesnt that defeat the purpose of curbside pick up? Again maybe i am dumb and dont see the logic in that. Anyways thanks for the reply, hope you guys try harder to provide a better experience for the next customer!

D	Donald Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is relatively small compare to other Toysrus. The baby section is very small and carseats/stroller display is very tight and hard to see. Overall store need an update. But it's the only one in Richmond. Prices are also higher than Walmart or Amazon.

This location , again with it being in Landsdowne and being fairly spread out, does not feel too congested. Your social distancing space alarms won't go off too much in here save for the occasion excited children in the aisles. Was able to find what I was looking for as it's pretty well and logically organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice that the store has the self price checkers as sometimes the actual price may differ from the sticker price. There are some good sales that occur too that can compete with other online toy sales companies.

The attitude of a cashier with short black hair and wearing golden-rimmed glasses was very rude and apparently not professionally trained. She was extremely unfriendly and sloppy by the time I paid the toy. It looks like she was not willing to work at all. I am used to be a loyal customer for many years. But I prefer to go to other places to buy toys for my son from now on instead of this one. Very bad experience and one star is too much for this store. :( I am just wondering what is the point of having management in the company. It looks like there is no improvement at all and getting even worse even though this store had a lot of very bad reviews about the customer service. Very disappointed!!!
