★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like they were being purposely misleading. When I called, they told me their rate for physio was ~$80/HOUR. When I went, they charged me the $80 for 15 MINUTES. Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor did not communicate,or ask for consent when give me a filling. He gave me a filling with out me having knowledge, i was only there for a cleaning. Once the "cleaning" was over i went to the desk to pay and they told me way more than we had talked about. The lady then proceeded to tell me that it was manditory to get the filling and so I had to pay. And when I tryed to negotiate with her she gave me attitude and only gave me a small discount. I find this very unreasonable

He didn’t even ask if I needed more pressure in his massage
As like everyone ,we’re all different. So pressure should be offered in many tones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes: 1) Doctor is nice. Does not talk too much. But nice.
2) Clinic looks clean, no weird smell.
3) This clinic has several telephone operators to make the appointment.
4) In Lansdowne, easy for parking.
No: Patients are not allowed to use the washroom in the clinic; have to use the public washroom in the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk are not experience with dental insurance claim. My insurance plan cover root canal but with the way they charge, I end up paying $400+ (I have 80% dental covered, normally i only need to pay $160). The doctor and equipment are good. You get to watch TV while laying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a massage with an RMT... ?? Well, he said he was an RMT. I DID NOT receive a massage at all. I received a few pokes and some random shoulder shaking. Mostly exercise recommendations that I did not need as I had stated I go to physio once per week. Sadly the word disappointed is putting it lightly as to how I feel about that experience. 100% worst massage (not massage) experience I have ever had. I have injuries and looked forward to headache relief for days. That was the biggest disappointing WASTE of my time. DO NOT advertise you are an RMT if you are not going to massage people. I am at a loss for anymore words... ugh
