We appreciate the prompt feedback we got from Dr. Xiao; reception service is not amongst the best we’ve received. Team is young; more training on customer service might bring in more happy clients.

Their Covid dual testing is efficient. Staffs speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Location is easy to find. If you plan to travel to China, and need your result fast, my experience is about 20 hours. And they will follow up to see if you get your result, which is a good service.

Possibly the worst clinic in Richmond! Very rude and unprofessional from receptionist to doctors. AVOID Dr.Xiao at all costs!

Anyone who’s looking for a family doctor, AVOID THIS PLACE! They have the most rude and unprofessional front desk and doctor in the city. You can almost never reach their front desk to book an appointment or ask questions over phone because they will put you on hold for over half an hour without explaining to you why. Dr. Xiao is very impatient and refuse to explain anything to the patient regarding their results and possible solutions. He’s also very discriminative. He will be nicer to patients who dress nicely and carry luxury bags. And patients who dress casually will hear something like β€œstop using cheap cosmetics” when the patient is suffering from skin allergies. So, this place is totally trash and if you want to stay healthy both physically and mentally, stay away.

Terrible, terrible service and phone manner. Called to inquire about covid testing for travel, selected Mandarin service as it is my mother tongue. Waited for 10 min before my call was answered and what I did not expect was that the women on the phone sounded as if she didn't want to talk at all. When I ask a question she just started to lecture me about the info I got from the travel agency was wrong, and that I should've checked online for the correct info before I called. I then answered that I was hoping that their clinic would provide me with the most updated info, but if they did not want to do that, I would check online by myself and call back. I then thanked her, to which she responded with just a humph and she just hung up. I understand that the dragging pandemic has put a lot of pressure to all the health professionals, but if you guys are too busy to help the customers, just let people know and don't answer the calls to begin with, instead of being disrespectful and waste everyone's time.

2nd time I made Covid 19 test there. Fairly professional and great service. Report time is previse and absolutely guaranteed. No need to line outside.Appointment tme by time. It takes only 15 minutes to finish all the work.

Very rude front desk, impatient, no respect, arrogant, unprofessional. You guys need to change your front desk representative to a decent one ASAP! Worst phone service experience ever! Easy money for them recently because of Covid-19, they need some really harsh customers to teach them a lesson and to learn what is the phone manner!

The front desk does not patient at all, and the doctor is not professional, my momβ€˜s lab request confused life lab technician four times and wasted me almost 1k& 3month to get through. After I changed to another doctor, they wrote very specifically and my mom got the correct test right the way. Never ever seen this irresponsible clinic.
