β β β β β All the instructors and the studio itself is really nice. I like the location and I always asked my friends to come with me.
However . To be fair , the owner and managerβs reaction and behaviour for customer complaining is not legit and reasonable.
Kept deleting customers reviews, arguing back by phone are also inappropriate .
We just want a refund , and the owner and manger made it such a scene. It shouldnβt be so dramatic .

β β β β β Once again, me and my friends have nothing against oxygen yoga and the instructor, Tiffany was great for that class. The only problem we had was they change their policy anytime they want and Alisha barnβs attitude was bad.
You can get as many 5 stars as you want to boost your rate, but at the same time you are loosing clients and we wonβt recommend anyone for your location. People will find out how You really treat your clients and I hope from now on you can treat your clients with respect.

β β β β β Started going here after moving to Richmond. My old neighbourhood also had an Oxygen studio and I loved it there so gave it a try. The receptionists are nice and the studio is clean. Some instructors are not as good as others. Take advantage of their $10 1-week unlimited classes offer to find out which instructors match with your learning style.

β β β β β I'm looking at all these bad reviews and trying to figure out where they came from. But looking it properly I see these girls are only trying to make this studio look bad for there own person problems. I've been to other locations and the front desk staff is amazing and instructors here are all so great. The classes are never over booked as we as clients book them ourselves. You do need to come before the time of the class but that's just common sense though. Keep up the amazing studio!

β β β β β Been going for years...the classes were great but the receptionist (Alisha) was extremely rude and unprofessional. things wouldn't have gone so bad if she had a little patience. I got hung up because Alisha was frustrated with my questions. I also didn't like the fact that we lost some classes and were blamed for not contacting the studio actively when we had to put a pause on the account due to medical reasons. We didn't know we were supposed to update the studio when they reactivated the account when we didn't even know the account was reactivated. NO explanation was given when we asked to have the account on hold. its a nice place but its unfortunate that the receptionist was treating their customers so bad. Shortly after, my account got deactivated without any notice and no return of money because I gave a bad review.

β β β β β I have had nothing but great experiences at this oxygen studio. Each interaction Iβve had with staff/trainers has been great. As for Alisha who manages the front, I see one persons review may have turned into their friends jumping on a one star review to promote a bullying mentality. She has always been helpful and friendly, none of the things I see written. I appreciate how much sanitizing is done to make me feel safe during this challenging time, as well as holds of my membership during the pandemic. Definitely a great, safe place to workout!

β β β β β Everything is good, just not happy with their cancellation policy protocol. I totally respect and understand different companies can have different rules. However, just expected a little bit of understanding from their side. I was not able to make it to the class due to a last minute emergency (unexpected), and obviously emergencies don't come with a warning of the day and time. My presence was needed more in that real-life crisis situation than being in yoga, but still I was charged the fee for cancelling at the end moment. Here, I had to deal with a real-life problem and there, I was worried that now I have to pay extra bucks just because something came up in my life and I couldn't attend yoga. Just hoped there was a little bit of humanity and understanding from their side to respect others situations. Thats all. I genuinely wanted to give a good commitment to the studio, but if they can't respect and value my money, than I dont think my money deserves to go in that place.
