★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, different locations under Minhang charges different prices so be careful which one you choose! This one tried to charge an extra $1 per pound for all sorts of different reasons that don't exist elsewhere. Got charged an extra $1 a pound just because they said prices have increased and another $1 a pound for shipping to Shanghai because of COVID when the other locations have not done that. One of their staff's attitude is extremely impatient and unwilling to answer any questions you may have. And compared to other shipping companies, they are slower. So use this location and the company in general at your own risk!
