M	Mo Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a family doctor in Richmond for 5 months. I decided to give their walk-in service a try and Dr. Chu was the most thorough doctor I have met in the past 5 years. Hopefully they will have full-time family doctors to take on patients soon.
A	Amy Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommended, especially unfriendly to walk in patients. They only has one doctor for walk in patients but only start from 11am. And if you are the first walk in patient you need to wait at least half an hour to see the doctor because he will take his own patients before you. And he can only speak English. You have to come several times to see him and wait for long time. Waste of time

I really need a family doctor for myself and my family (I have two young children). If your management is reading this, please be aware of the need for family doctors in Richmond. F	F X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience!!!! Doctors here are super unprofessional and rude. Booked my covid booster appointment at this place and the male doctor refused to serve me because my sleeves are too long. At one point I had to take off half of my shirt to show him my arm and he still found all kinds of excuses to turn me down. I left the clinic unvaccinated and had to rebook my appointment at other place. Try to avoid this place as much as you can!

The parking was hard to find, and there were steps in front of the clinic. My dad uses a cane and sometimes a walker so every visit was a struggle. The new location is much more convenient. Now that they are also on the ground floor, it's much easier and safer for my dad. He has recently signed up for their "daily delivery" program, so that a nurse actually comes to his house and checks on him. This really puts us at ease! The nurse measures his heart rate, blood pressure and saturation. They said they will send reports to his GP and specialist as well. They are not charging anything extra, so I hope they can keep it up! *ps. one friendly suggestion - if the staff can greet patients or their families with English first, it would be better. I look like I speak Chinese but I don't, and they don't seem to remember that. Thank you!

Front desk will send you an appointment detailed text message right after calling & booking appt with you. Even a nurse talks and takes notes with you before seeing the doctor. All the staffs are friendly and professional. I am seeing two doctors with different specialties here and will probably switch my family doctor to here. Highly suugesting anyone to this clinic.
L	Leonardo sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this health centre for years. They moved from oval village to this huge space. Sees family doctor and couple other specialists every now and then. Pharmacy is so accessable and helpful. The whole health centre is very efficient and professional.
K	Kaka L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a Walk-in appt. See the doctor within 15 minutes. Very smooth process. Clinic seems very busy with other people seeing family doctor and specialist. Had my prescrption and went to the pharmacy in the exact centre. The whole centre looks pretty efficient and friendly. Filed form to register for their family doctor and will come back for the walk-in appt for sure.
