D	David Dietlein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, clean, good prices. Avoid the steaks, 2/3 steaks I bought here were spoiled, but that may just have been bad luck. Fish section is really nice though. Awesome fruit and veggie section.

Many seemed to be missing and since not all varieties of the same product are necessarily the same price, it seems to me that making sure every item definitely has a shelf price tag would be a top priority. (The fact that 2 of the 5 items we were looking for had this problem tells me that this may be a fairly common issue in this particular store, but it could also be just my luck.) Otherwise, the store is like any other RCSS, though I have to say I love their indoor planted area!

Most of the floor staff and cashiers are friendly and helpful, but some of the customer service supervisors and staff are simply rude and unresaonable. Once I tried to make a legitimate return after checking their return policy on their own website, I was told, "no receipt, no return." I calmly inquired about their return policy, the staff raised her voice and loudly told me a different excuse. Asked again and the lady spewed out yet another excuse even more loudly. Another time my item scanned higher than the shelf price. I inquired about this, a supervisor told me the staff forgot to change the shelf price. She just stood there telling me this without any intention to check the price either on the computer of the shelf. Both times I just walked away, but I have started to shop elsewhere. The customer service desk treats customers poorly and makes up their own policies.

K	KRISHNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair customer service, good staff, great parking and good location. I have only two concerns. 1. Their rising price on the items. I easily saved 10-20$ buying the same products from another store. Their products are not premium but prices are. 2. clumsiness in the eggs section. Often times I would hold my breath before opening that fridge to avoid the stench from broken eggs. It would be great if they can keep that section cleaner. I don't want to place the blame entirely on the staff, I have seen many customers taking the eggs out on a hurry only to break the cartons and drop them down.

R	R Chau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infant formulae limit 6 , but some how these guys got through with this cart. Good job. I’m sure you enabled them to make a lot of money. Two ladies wanted to buy a set and these guys refused too. What amazing humans they are.
B	Bozihome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty good selection. I think the quick snack section needs some QA though, I got some opened up trail mixes and stale chips had to resort to extreme detail to get a bag that wasn't tampered or looked old. I get that it's cheap but it shouldn't be terrible too.
