★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely the best! I needed alterations done for my Halloween costume and I honestly wasn’t sure if it would be possible. I needed to tighten the pants at the lower leg, tighten the top/dress at the waist and the hardest part, loosen the long gloves. I wasn’t sure if it would be possible to loosen the glove at the top around the bicep area since there was no extra fabric left but they came up with this great idea to open the seam and add in elastic bands vertically to make the glove more stretchy. This worked perfectly and the elastic matched the pattern of the glove so it looks like it was supposed to be there the whole time! I am absolutely amazed with the service here! They’ve got great problem solving skills, they’re quick, and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised at all of the good reviews - went here based off the reviews but this place has the worst customer service!! My pants that they altered turned out fine but had a horrible experience in terms of how they treated us. Pretty much said nothing the whole time, snapped at me when I asked about quality assurance since they took the payment in advance, and didn’t say a single word when we went to pick up the pants. It was a simple alteration that I could’ve gotten done anywhere and not receive such poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

Thank you a lot! I went there 3 weeks ago to fix my torn coat. I already bought the required fabric from Fabricland. My coat was expensive and I was really worried that after fixing it, the tear on the back will be visible. Samar assured me that she will fix it in a way that will not affect it at all since I already brought the right shade of black( quite similar to the original one). She did her promise!The price they charge is vvvvery reasonable too! I call this super professional work with excellent prices! I'm so appreciative Samar?

I highly recommend coming here to anyone living in the area. I had a tailor I had been going to for many years at RPM. sorry Aunty but I found a new tailor that quality and work is easily the best I’ve experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair prices. Cash only. Very caring seamstress (Samar). She knows how to take care of your wedding dress, and how to alter it for your comfort. Samar is also very patient and kind. I had a health issue during my alterations, and Samar was so kind to let me take my time with feeling better. She offered me hot and cold water and also offered me to lay down in the back of her shop until my husband arrived. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule with making the alterations on time for my wedding day, Samar let me come back another time to finish the alterations. This shop has been opened for about 20 years, and Samar shows her professionalism, hard work, and kindness very well. I will most definitely come back here again for any future alterations for any clothing.
