★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hyde definitely does NOT know everything inside out. Not sure how the service can vary so much with the same associate but the experience was the exact opposite for me. He was not familiar with the requirements for activating a new phone and was extremely quick to refuse service and turn me away without listening to what I was telling him or double checking. He had no interest in my business whatsoever and seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the store.
They don't seem at all interested in selling their phones and plans let alone help you find something that works for you. Do them and yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse experience ever. the dealer told me both of the line can get $100 credit, but next day another dealer said it's not 100% I can get the credit. Then I told them it's ok I dont want that plan anymore. But they said they already activated the plan, even I cancel right now I still need to pay couple dollars. They don't realize what is the problem is, just said we are helping u cancel the plan already, but I still need to pay because it activated already. totally not acceptable, I tried to contact the original dealer but did not get any reply or explain...unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to superstore to shop and got approach Jason with social distance from the mobile shop. The guy was super friendly and was very knowledgeable with his plans and product. I didn’t want a new phone but he got me into a new phone for some what the same price I’m paying now! Great young guy and simply great customer service. I would go back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be honest, you can get a phone everywhere you can think of, the mobile stores, mall, etc; but great customer service is not common nowadays. My partner and I visited this branch and we were just amazed on how well we were treated! Shout out to Jason who went above and beyond, such an astounding service! We really appreciate all the help, and patience. Thank you!
Thanks to Toby and Alex as well for making our decision making so much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and dishonest staff. It is one thing promotion changes and that is outside of employees control, and another thing to not be honest about the change. Staffs need to be trained on being diligent and taking responsibility of mistakes, and not to be defensive and rude when they are confronted with it. All smiles and sunshine when they think they are getting a sale and become aggressive if they aren't getting it. Just own up to it if you have misinformed and misled your customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there to get the black Friday deal for Fido. The real gem in the store, Toby who works there as a Mobilist, went above and beyond and made sure I get the best deal possible. This is best customer service I have ever received here in Canada.
I would also like to mention the lead Mobilist, Alex was of great help. I will always come back to the mobile shop only because of Toby and Alex.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for phones or phone plans. They also offer crazy deals which will definitely benefit for a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toby is awesome, he was amazingly helpful and walked me through all the options for myself as my sister was quite particular in what she wanted. I got everything I needed and more, he is absolutely the best person I’ve dealt with in getting a phone!!
Jonathan as well was quite knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. He helped explain things when I came back and was unsure.
The team here is amazing thanks to the experiences from Jonathan and Toby! I will for sure be back in 2 years time to deal with the Mobile Shop since this is the experience I got this time around!
