Eric and Yin were great. Very helpful in setting up my new internet and phone and even managed to find a way to save me som extra money. Great experience

January 2, 2022 First we went to Metrotown Shaw to take advantage of the paper/email promotion I received which is expiring in January 5th. The staff at Metro was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took my phone number associated to my shaw internet, verified my ID and was able to pull up my offer in my account. He gave us the details of the upgrade, since I already have account both mobile and internet - he mentioned he didn't have to do credit check cause I was pre-approved hence the offer. We were about to close the deal however they didn't have iphone 13 pro max in stock. He advised us to go to Landsdowne as they have stocks available. He even showed us from his computer stock availability at the Landsdowne Store. He also tried calling Landsdowne to reserve the phone but no one was picking up. We drove from Metro to Landsdowne in Richmond. As soon as we get there, the staff approached us on how he could help. I told him the scenario, regarding the trade in and upgrade and offer but then he said they do not do trade in but Richmond Center does. I asked him if he could check stock availability and staff said " I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR STOCK". So I said the staff from Metro just showed us your availability on his computer. He was able to check how many items they have in stock. We even saw it from his computer. Then he repeated "I cannot check it". He asked his coworker if he could check it, the other guy said YES. Phewww!!!!!!!We decided not to trade in and just get the phone and pay higher monthly plan, but then as if he has no idea about the offer. He said, he'll do a credit check bla bla bla will infact he didn't have to as per the staff at Metro Store cause of the offer. I am not sure where the disconnect was. It seems the staff at Landsdowne store was not doing his job. He doesn't have options at all, he even didn't care checking the offer. It was a complete opposite customer experience from completely satisfied at Metro Store to extreme poor customer service experience at Landsdowne. We decided to leave instead. Very upsetting!!!!!!!!

Went into this Shaw establishment to ask about Shaw plans and was well treated by this handsome agent but iimpressed with his knowledge of his work and patientt service.A shout out to Leon Hoang for his attention to my needs of Shaw services

Outstanding service, this is the first time I feel respected as a loyal customer, Leon listened to my complaint, patience to wait while I was on a call, and most important he offered an upgrade for me without additional cost.

Leon delivered A1 customer service while I was getting a new device. He proactively offered me promotion which I got $50 store credit. I’m happy to visit the store again.

Eric is the best!!! He has helped me to deal with both Freedom and Shaw until my cellphone number is properly transferred. The process isn't smooth. Eric has been working hard on it for eight days until the problem is resolved and I can use my cellphone. He has shown exceptional knowledge, patience and experience. High recommended!!! Plus, Eric has helped me to purchase and return. There's nothing wrong with the product or services. Eric is great ? Eric's services are greater ? ? ? it was my fault that I forgot about my Telus contract. Eric has guided me through the return process. What a peace of mind! Did I mention Leon? Another great gentleman in this store. Leon is super nice, very helpful, and always trying to help. Good job Shaw! Shaw is great with greater staff! I highly recommend this store for home internet and cellphone devices and services!

I decided to stop by Lansdowne Centre in Richmond after my dentist appt. Saw that they had a new Shaw store and decided to pop in. One of the sales associates, Eric asked if I needed help and I told him I wanted to review my current plan. Right away Eric told me that my plan was outdated and that he could upgrade it and save me money on my bill. Eric upgraded my internet service, a new wireless router and more channels and still wound up saving me over $50 per month! I'm super happy I went in. Its a new store so there was no line up and Eric was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who is considering Shaw.

Eric Lu is great! Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Walked in and was helped immediately. I went in to change my phone plan and he was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. I was in and out within several minutes. Went back later the same day to change another phone plan and it was even faster! All the different plans available are good deals too. Would definitely recommend seeing Eric at Shaw Lansdowne mall!
