★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all scammers there trying to push you into a 2yrs contract, even tho i have my own phone, they say just take the free fido phone on contract and sell it after. what bullshit!
after repeatly turning down the free phone offer on contract, the rep became rude and uncooperative, so i left and went somewhere else. bloody scammers, will not do business there again.

But they’re literally named themselves Fido… yet cannot solve a Fido problem… They’re just lazy and unprofessional trying to not take any responsibility. Unbelievable

I attend there last? month .i wait until stuff open the store but I didn't? walk in first becuz they open 10min later (11am)I wait until? 11:10but no one ask me to get in. they? definitely saw? me waiting outside but didn't say anything.
Richmond center fido is much much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I was there today as a result of a special they had on a sign. Waited 15 mins in line. Once I reached a representative she mentioned it was for new customers only. Instead of having customers wait in line the sign should mention it is for new customers only. Also the representative was very rude like she did not care about existing customers; pretty much laughing at me for waiting for a promo I was qualified for… no empathy at all. Oh well there are other cell phone companies.
