β β β β β Expensive compared to other local optical store. You can bargain if not, just go to another store. Staffs are poorly trained. Don't know anything about glasses. Just go there and work.

β β β β β was scammed into purchasing $30 worth of an eye check for contact lenses, even though i have already taken one and only asked for the box of contacts. in the end, they only gave me ONE pair of trial lenses.... very disappointed with the service

β β β β β I lost one of the nose pad on my glasses today. The glasses was bought in Asia so the parts are different to ones sold here. I went to so many stores-in Richmond Centre, Aberdeen Centre- and none of them have it. I went to this one and the optician there immediately was able the give me ones that was a little different but fits even better. They're pretty awesome. Thx!

β β β β β I had a poor experience with their misleading Groupon deal, which was obviously them trying to lure people into the door.
The facility was disgusting, I saw people being very unhygienic.
Then I hear that they had a similar complaint from a woman and then they released her personal information?
I'd avoid business with these guys. Seems kinda slimey.

β β β β β I have purchased a glasses (frame and lens) on Black Friday , it was 50% off sale .
The titanium glass frame they showed me, the brand was Luozuo , I asked them ,is this a Chinese brand ?
They told me it's a European brand ...
Welll...after all I knew that i got scammed.
Please notice that I paid $400 for Chinese Brand, China made low quality stuff...
You could get a famous brand elsewhere with this price I have paid.
Scammer.. I have reported this issue to BBB Canada , because they are cheating the customers.

β β β β β I went into to get Contacts. Called ahead to be sure that my prescription type was available. When I walked in they were helping many customers but without a pause helped me. They remembered me calling. Looked at my eyes to be sure the prescription was the same due to different option of bifocals all without an appointment. They made me feel like I was the most important person there by all of the staff. Best experience Iβve ever had at an Optical store! Will definitely be giving all my business to Skylight Optical and would highly recommend their services.
