โ โ โ โ โ I was treated poorly by the administration team, had my trial contact lenses taken away from me, then was shooed out of the store. I do not believe they have the proper training to handle customer service appropriately. I hope changes will be made in the future to improve the quality of overall service.

โ โ โ โ โ Best optometrists I have been to (and I have been to a lot in Richmond). First went there 5 years ago and have seen all the doctors that work there. They are all knowledgeable, kind, and helpful (even with the kiddos).

โ โ โ โ โ I am not sure if this is the same ownership group from 10 years ago, but had several bad experiences with Iris, at this location specifically. One of the rudest, arrogant and manipulative groups around. When you complain, they ignore you or gas light you like you are the problem, but as you can see, it's the company that has questionable business practices and poor service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!! Go to an honest business that actually treats its customers well.

โ โ โ โ โ I was recommended by this facility by my family doctor and was not disappointed.
Customer Service - Everyone from the receptionist, doctor, and staff were all accommodating were helpful and courteous. Although the exam was originally intended for an hour, they did not rush and we ended up taking 1H45Min. They made sure my eye dilation wore off before I drove to ensure my safety.
Value - I was totally ready to purchase a new pair of glasses but after the eye exam it was in their honest opinion that they thought I did not require it but if I felt strongly about it that they would help me - feels great not to be talking to sales vultures.
Knowledge - I haven't had an eye exam for a decade and they answered all my questions and gave me online and paper resources about my condition and explained it to me in easy-to-understand detail.
The staff do speak English, Cantonese, and mandarin fluently. I am recommending to all my colleagues.

โ โ โ โ โ This location IRIS service practice is quite different from the one I had before. Usually, doctor visit fee is covered by insurance in other IRIS location but this location asked me to pay 60$. After I informed other IRIS location procedure and asked the reason for their extra charge, doctor kindly waived the extra charge. I guess that makes the receptionist a bit upset as I saw that in her attitude. Dr. Grace service is good.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a good place to get prescription safety glasses. They have a huge selection of frames so I can look different from everyone else at work.
Kristen helped me make sense of a wide selection of safety glasses frames and completed my order during xmas rush so i could get it covered under insurance.
I've gotten my glasses adjusted once, and recently one of the the nose pads on my glasses fell off at work. I appreciated Sandhya's attention to detail as she replaced both pads so they would match. the adjustments and repair were free under warranty.
I will be purchasing my next set of glasses from IRIS. You have good peoples. thanks
