โ โ โ โ โ Walked in today to renew my insurance. No other customers were there but was told they donโt have time to renew my insurance. They had at least 5 members of staff available. Happy they turned me away as I ended up at InsureBC. Great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. Go next door to InsureBC, you will be happy you did. Donโt waste your time with a company that will turn away business.

Slow and deliberately acting as though everyone is a criminal they had never done an out of province registration with a CVIP document took 2 hours and still could not do it .....complete waste of space in the mall ......barely able to speak English ......generally all round the worst business experience I have had for years .....but no worries they are not the only ones in the business ......take your business elsewhere it's best to never deal with these types .....took 5 minutes at another Agency .
I rate these individuals and this business the lowest score possible.

โ โ โ โ โ I had an appoint appointment to change my ICBC insurance policy. I great employee Nathan I dealt with. He was very profestional, informative, clear and concise with our communication and he answered all my questions about different ICBC policies. In other words I had a pleasant experience with Nathan and this location of BCAA.
I hope in his next employee review he'll get a raise bump. hehe.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a terrible experience. The service advisor was very impatient when I questioned about the insurance documentation. At the end, she told me to deal with another broker instead of BCAA. Their manager was trying to ask me as a long time member to renew my insurance with other insurance broker because It was a busy day and my appointment was taking too long(30mins). I understand they were tried to get things done ASAP. However, thatโs not an excuse to these unprofessional service.
This unpleasant experience could have been avoided but no more BCAA experience in the Richmond location. In fact, you could renew your insurance online in ICBC as of May 2022. Farewell.
