I have dealt with Susanna So for many years and she is the most experienced professional broker I can recommend. Being in the industry also for many years, Susanna has always reviewed my insurance needs prior to renewal being prompt courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
She asks all the right questions very knowledgeable about coverage and claims experience within a wide variety of companies. The insurance industry needs a lot more like her.
Thanks for the many many years of being the best broker I know.

β β β β β Last few weeks I was there to asked a question about my insurance and the ladyβs attitude is super rude and doesnβt know anything about her job. As an insurance place I thought you guys are at least professional to answer the customers questions I guess this place doesnβt deserve any of the trust. Especially with that ladyβs rude attitude I usually wouldnβt give out the name but this is super unacceptable so I would let myself go this time. The lady named Vera and Iβm very very disappointed about this place. What a waste of my day!

They had to fill out my insurance papers manually because of a system outage and a few days later they mailed me the printout copies as well. Very amazing service and awesome people! Thank you so much!

β β β β β It was very easy and smooth transition for me to register my out of province vehicle through them. Teagan did amazing job explaining all important aspects of getting insurance. Overall it took myself & my wife 30 minutes including registration and license plate switch.

β β β β β Ever since i moved to richmond 4 years ago, i always go to this place to renew my car insurance. I always end up on these 2 guys that are so nice! Forgot their names, the first guy that has eyeglasses and the other guy named David! Thanks guys....
