โ โ โ โ โ I had the worst haircut in this salon. Showed a picture of my preferred haircut, but the result was far from what i want! Although i know the old lady did her best, i am really sad that my hair cut is not nice. Go somewhere else. Not worth the money. ?

โ โ โ โ โ I've gone to U U's (previously Unique U) twice and this was a few years ago. On both visits, my hair was cut by Henry. He was meticulous, skilled, and had a good eye for creating a cut that was flattering for my face. I was always pleased with the result and felt strongly that he cared about the outcome of his work. I've even recommended him to friends a couple of times!

โ โ โ โ โ The stylist Henry does the job really well. He pay attention to the details, and serve his client to the best as he can.
The owner, Raymond also does the job really well. Good service and experiences. Both of them maintain good service, environment and cleanliness of the store and provide good experiences to the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Success Salon where Kim Ann was the stylist and I had a few problems with my haircut. She cut my hair and now the left side is shorter than the right. I also paid for shampoo and style and never got a style. Kim Ann refused to style my hair. I asked for one inch cut and she cut 2 inches off. I didnโt notice the length difference until I got home. I called the salon and they said I could come back and theyโll cut it again. Absolutely NOT!!! She threatened me and said thereโs cameras here and that I was happy with my haircut, then she refused to compromise and come to a solution. Iโve been through cancer treatments and itโs taken me a very long time to grow my hair out to get a nice cut. This is Extremely unprofessional!! Iโm soooo disappointed with my hair! The worst cut Iโve ever had. DONT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I've been a client of Kim Ann's for years, and have always been impressed by her quick skill and professionalism. I was inspired to write a review when I saw that multiple profiles were defaming Kim Ann. I can attest that the reviews are completely unlike the service I have witnessed or received and are laughable at most, as she is one of the kindest, most soft spoken people I know. I have very thick hair and Kim Ann know's exactly how to cut and style it, something I have not found with other hairstylists. I would definitely recommend this place and be wary of multiple false accounts leaving reviews.

โ โ โ โ โ The man knows how to cut hair.
The woman has cut my hair twice now and twice she cannot follow directions. I told her and showed her 1cm-the tip of my finger. She went ahead and cut off 2 inches of hair. She cut off all of my curls. It's going to take months to be able to regrow it for another perm. I'll never comeback here again.
