K	Khelim C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我觀察到工作人員很細心為顧客修剪頭髮，應該會剪得幾好如果沒有特別要求，門口還有一些人在等候，加上十元連稅是相當平宜的價格，個人覺得應該可一試，另外 Landsdowne Mall 有很大的免費停車場不用擔心泊車的問題 I observed that the staff carefully trimmed the hair of the customers and should cut it well. If there are no special requirements, there are still some people waiting at the door, plus the ten yuan tax is a fairly affordable price. I think it should be tried. In addition, Landsdowne Mall has a large free parking lot, so do n’t worry about parking.

You spend $10 and most of you don't even tip, and you complain about the hairstylist speaking with colleague in another language? it is covid time and i work from home so I just use them since i dont see other people but my family, they do their job fast and quick, and I pay $10 + $2 tips, which even a newspaper kid can make in one hour.
Z	Zaheed Jessani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gotten my hair cut a few times and have been happy with the service. Today however I went in and had my haircut by a woman named Lily. The hair cut was alright. It's a $10 hair cut so no real issues. The service was pretty bad. She was continuously talking to her colleague in another language, not once did she address me or ask any questions. She proceeded to pick the trimmers turn them on and start cutting my hair before even asking what I wanted. I had to ask her what she was doing and then explain what I wanted. I then told her what I wanted but not sure if she understood she just saying it's a comb over it's fine. Like I said hair cut was alright but I was just floored at her lack of attention to her customer. Not a single word until I interjected to ask what she was doing. Very disappointed. Will probably go back cause my hair cut is so simple and $10 is very cheap, will definitely be asking for another stylist.

I made it VERY clear to him not to touch my sideburns (like I even spoke to him in Mandarin) and he still shaved them off! Now I've got weird bald patches on my side. I went into this thinking it couldn't be THAT bad with the 2.6 star rating. Should've trusted the reviews from the beginning. I've had my haircut done at the other cheap $15 one in Aberdeen and I had zero problems.
