H	H R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 400$ for balayage that I asked for and my whole head of hair turned out orange brassy colour didn’t mind that cause my hair is black but it was not a balayage style which they said they can do before going in. (I suggest you guys not lying to customers and saying you guys can do it just for the money) Now I have orange hair which are not faded in properly. There is harsh lines from the roots and half of my hair underneath is green from the toner they used I wish I could attach a picture to show you guys

Immediately the desk lady says and points to not first price, not second price but third price for cut with a "Master" stylist, let's call him Blake. Horrible haircut. It was $70. I called to say I want a recut, they say stylist is away atm will call when he gets back. Never received a phone call. Never trust a stylist who has bad haircut themselves...

When I call them to make the appointment was told the same regards to kids pricing. When we show up for the appointment, they refused to give me kids pricing cuz my kids were taller than the front desk counter and that’s how they determined kids pricing. BOTH TIMES IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE HEIGHTS!!! I feel I was put on the table since my kids were excited about the hair cut. Then they told me it will be $62 & $57 since one of the hair stylist had more experience. When I was paying, they charge me both $62??‍♀️ I was already annoyed I didn’t even ask why anymore. Regards to the miss leading kids pricing they just said sorry that nothing they can do. They told me to go to the entrance of the mall to snap a picture of their poster that I can get 10% off. I was like really? Can’t you just give me 10% off since I was actually told 30% off for kids cut?? I did went to take a picture of it and they did give me 10%off WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE PICTURE I TOOK. I feel like a fool. It was ridiculous. Besides all that drama, Stylist Jenny & Blake was really good, I was really happy with the hair cut they gave my kids. Definitely administrative work need to be more consistent.

Jenny is very detail oriented and skilled. She took the time to check my hair condition and provided me with professional advice on what kind of perm I should be going for based on my hair type.The whole process was easy and I felt comfortable putting my trust in her. After the perm, she even gave me some good advice on how to care for my hair. Would 100% recommend going to Jenny!
