★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to spa for the past 5 years. Absolutely lovely staff members and exceptional customer service! The manager Anna is very professional and the products I purchase there are effective and affordable. Would highly recommend this spa, especially this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend took me there because she has purchased many vouchers. It's a relaxing ladies-only spa with dry and steam saunas, showers, lounge, and lockers. I went twice and enjoyed the deep 90-minute full body massages I've gotten. The staff are all very nice, and the environment is much more peaceful than the Chinese massage studios I've been to in San Francisco. Enjoy apples, rice crackers, candy, instant hot cereal, cold and hot water, and coffee in the lounge before and after your service. Before leaving, leave a $5 tip for your masseuse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall pretty nice, clean experience. Steam room and sauna closed during covid. Brief "consultation" in the beginning where they try to sell more services to add on. Gave 3/5 stars because of the "pushy" atmosphere. While I was paying, the lady reminded me that I had to tip. I thought that was a bit rude since she was assuming I wasn't going to. So the pushy environment created a lower quality for my first time experience.
