★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor customer service in Lansdowne T&T store... This store used to be my primary shopping store and I am shopping there daily. I Just finished a transaction of $161.84 and when I checked my receipt, I realized the Aquafina water price was wrong (over charged). I went back to the aisle and took a picture where the Aquafina water was stacked and came back to Customer Service desk and showed her the pic I took. The lady's name is Jenny Mao. She called another person to check and he came back with an excuse that it was the wrong label!! They filled this water in the wrong spot. I told them this is not my mistake and I choose it because of the cheap price, so I requested to get the price I found which is $3 difference from the scanning price. She called another person Oscar Yao who refused to give it to me. The most important here they don't care about customers. Their attitude, careless body language and face expressions made me so upset. I asked to return everything then. They lost the sale today and they lost me as a daily customer.. Usually retailers try their best to gain customers for life. This store's management and leadership has problem...Such a bad customer service and I really wasted my time....

This review is for zero stars! I bought two sticky rice rolls. It was indicated 300g each. It ended up each weighed 275g only. T&T increased the price and at the same time decreased the weight of the product. It was 400g previously. T&T not only decreased the weight to 300g. It is important that T&T failed to keep the product as advertised. T&T is not reliable. T&T being a supermarket organization, T&T cheats on product weight is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are tons of options here. A good variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and boxed food as well. They also have a good selection of ready to go prepared foods. Prices on par with other grocery stores in the area. Service was fast even though it was very busy when I visited. Ample parking is available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have got a wide selection of fruit cakes for which I usually go there for. But I have to admit that it's a little pricy than the other stores and even other t&t stores. They got lots of stuffs particularly for the Chinese community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying the Seafood Bar and we love it. Decent pricing and delicious. We picked our own Seafood and they cooked (steamed) them right there. The staff members, especially Candy were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe heaven on earth does exist - it exists right here at T&T supermarket. I’ve always went in with a smile and came out with a bigger smile. So many items from east Asia are found here, and with it, the tastes from childhood snacks are brought back too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy on Sunday afternoon. It is hard to maintain social distancing. Everyone has their face mask on. Even though long line up at checkout, the line moves very fast. Staff are always friendly at T&T.
