โ โ โ โ โ Aerin is a good hairstylist but I was extremely disappointed with the service provided today.
I booked an appointment for myself (5-5:30pm) and mom (5:30-6pm) weeks in advance. We arrived around 4:50pm and checked in with Coco. Coco had us take a seat in the waiting area. Aerin was already working on someone and there was another lady before us waiting. It appeared that Aerin was behind schedule. It was around 5:20pm when she got to us. I had mom go first. Around the same time, a man came in to get a cut from Aerin. Aerin took the time to cut and style mom's hair and we were quite pleased with the haircut. After she was done, I assumed I would be next. Instead, Aerin helped the man. I informed Aerin that our appointments were booked back to back and we came in together. Aerin provided an explanation that didn't justify the arrangement. It was upsetting that someone who came after us was slotted in between our appointments. I was asked to wait another 15 minutes for my haircut. At this point, I decided to cancel my appointment as it was almost 6pm and I had plans after.

โ โ โ โ โ I've gotten my hair cut here many times when I was attending university. By far my favorite place I've ever been to. Erin and CoCo are both very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They work with you, listening to your requests while offering their own suggestions, in order to get the best look possible. I would get every hair cut here if I could.

โ โ โ โ โ Coco is very impolite and impatient when dealing with long time hair dying. She would use Korean to speak something impolite and I get used to little bit Korean. She even not allow to take pictures through mirror while she is working, refusing to be in a pic with her face. Another hairstylist is super nice and pleasant. My color is ash brown, they do three time bleaching to make a fine color.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked an appointment for a haircut and Aerin & Coco were super nice and efficient. They did a lovely job of cutting and styling my hair but I realized that I wasn't happy with the style. After communicating with them about this over the phone the next day they squeezed me in to adjust my hair even though they were very busy, and fully booked. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I was happy with the final look. Very professional and would definitely recommend!
