Nicole and Josh have been doing my families hair for years. Always consistent service, relaxing atmosphere, and cleanliness. I could not recommend them more!

They have been accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I never feel pressured. I have been in contact after they have reopened in May, and they have a very well organized COVID-19 plan in place. I chose to cancel my appointment because I wasn't comfortable going out yet and I received no hassle or guilt from them at all; their cancellation policy is modified right now due to the pandemic.

After weeks of research and asking everyone for recommendations on a hair stylist, I found myself booking an appointment at Eccotique Spa, located in Richmond Centre. Booking made easy - I called the store and Martina was able to book me in with Josh for the same day, I was elated as a haircut and donation was long overdue. My experience from the beginning to the end was absolutely AMAZING. From the initial warm welcome when I walked into the store and meeting Josh, to the consultation and discussion on my hair goals, to the most relaxing hair wash/scalp massage, and finally the end result of my hair cut...EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC! I didn't even show Josh a picture of the cut I wanted, I simply told him that i wanted LOB (long bob) and entrusted him with his expertise. He definitely delivered on my LOB cut, it was EXACTLY what I wanted!!! Josh is definitely going to be my go to hairstylist....thankful that I have finally found one that I trust and enjoy talking to. THANKS Martina, Josh, and Eccotique for the great service and helping me with my donation of 12" of hair to Wigs for Kids!!!!

I see Nicole for cut and color and she is great. She gives me honest professional advice for changes in color or cut and style and my hair always looks fantastic. I don't have to fuss with my hair because the cut and color is so well done. The staff are all very friendly and genuinely nice! Great product selection too.

She listens to what you’re asking for, but also willing to lend advice as well. Additionally, she doesn’t scold you or make you feel bad for split ends or dry hair. She was fun to talk to, and overall a really sweet girl. Definitely going back to see her again in the future. My haircut turned out amazing, and the treatment has made my hair feel and look so soft.
