β β β β β Never thought I'd become a Telus customer, I have always been loyal to Rogers, but that all changed.
Randomly walked into Telus today as I realized I've been paying a little too much for my cell phone plan for too long now, figured I would see what Telus had to offer.
Once walked in, I was greeted by a staff member, she introduced herself as Amy and was super sweet and courteous!!
I told her my situation and what I was currently paying monthly for my plan with Rogers and have been for years, she was shocked at the amount I was paying.
Amy presented me with a new plan that suited my cell phone needs, had 3 times the data and was also saving me almost $50 a month!!
Amy not only giving me a great deal but exceeded my expectations towards customer service and I would recommend anyone to ask for Amy whenever they need any sort of cell phone or internet/cable etc related needs!!!

β β β β β I went into the store to make an inquiry about potentially upgrading my current cellphone as the 2-yr contract had passed. As we enterted, we were greeted right away by Steven who from beginning to end, was (still is) PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! He is an incredible asset to the Telus team and he made our entire transaction of upgrading my cellphone with new accessories, a breeze. I also felt genuinely listened to and cared about during our entire transaction. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He truly went above and BEYOND! Thank you, Steven!!

β β β β β I want to share our experience of buying three Prepaid Sim Cards today. Facing problems of compatibility when using on mobiles bought overseas. Amy was very helpful and tried all her best to resolve problems. Telus should be proud of staff like Amy.

β β β β β HiοΌ I walked by theΒ Ctxcel store Richmond public market food court on the second floor(8260 Westminster Hwy, Richmond). that offers Telus internet services. I was offered a very temptingΒ deal by someone. I am skeptical about how the store without the Telus logo offers Telus service better than I got from this store? I do not wanna get scammed. Could you confirm that I can place my telus order from them because their deal is good?

β β β β β I just had my first excellent experience with a telus representative. Amy was very clear, patient and efficient. She answered all my dumb questions in a helpful and kind manner. She managed to upgrade our service and get my daughter's new phone organized in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this representative. Thanks Amy!!

β β β β β Went in for a new phone and was promptly greeted by Amy who helped me end my previous Bring-it-back plan (would not recommend that plan) and got my new iPhone all set up quickly and efficiently, explained all the differences between my old and new plan and the different offerings and add ons. She was super helpful and we got in and out pretty quickly. Great service, put my screen protector and phone in its new case and off we went!
