โ โ โ โ โ Iโm not a customer but I was walking and witnessed the employees making fun of a disabled person. Itโs not to laugh at a person for physical issue they canโt control, and the person was clearly upset by there behaviour.
I think the employees thought this person didnโt get the joke but they did. I will never use wow mobile.

โ โ โ โ โ Hello, came here Sunday afternoon wondering about what my options were to upgrade my phone and plan, and was greeted by Alan. He is a super nice fellow and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone because he is very trustworthy and upfront on letting you know what your getting, and what your losing in your phone plan. I had a great experience with him and will be coming back to change my phone plan because of him.

โ โ โ โ โ They are primarily a phone activator for other brands. They are offer a limited non guarantee repair service. They activate for Telus, Rogers, Bell, and the sub brands of those companies. Staff are knowledgeable about price comparisons between the plans they offer and usually phones as well. They do not always offer the same phones as the primary brand usually having a more limited selection. Parking is accessible from the mall, transit is right beside the mall.

โ โ โ โ โ So the other day I was at Richmond Center talking to this young fella Harpreet Sangar about my carrier problems with rogers as the bill would always come higher than what I initially received. He was helpful and kind enough to explain me what is happening and what I need to do to make things right. He answers every question I possibly had. At the end of the day I was aware of the issue and the solution. My contract is coming up in few months will definitely come and see this guy for a new phone. I highly recommend this guy for help and support with your carrier or new phone hunt.
