โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointing customer service. We always buy Purdyโs bar ice cream and normally it comes with the cup to go along. It is frustrating that we purchased 3 bars and she wrap it in a plastic. It is better and convenient if you give us a cup instead of a plastic and a decent amount of napkin. Please try to improve good customer service. We are loyal clients of yours and you should treat us good.

โ โ โ โ โ I love a good old classic dipped bar with nuts from Purdys ($4.95). I love purdy ice cream ever since I was growing up so eating this once in a while is a major throwback for me. Apart from this their espresso flake is pretty solid!

The chocolate bar I got the white chocolate with milk chocolate on top covered in a lot of nuts ? something about the entire bar makes me so happy.

โ โ โ โ โ I was so happy to find that Purdys is still opened...beelined to get my favourite - the ultimate ice-cream bar, a vanilla ice-cream bar dipped in dark chocolate and coated with nuts. This can be dipped in white chocolate or mixed as well.

โ โ โ โ โ The ice cream is good, but the employee needs to be trained again. On Mar. 26th, l told the employee that my daughter wanted kid-size ice cream, but he charged me the regular price. I asked him why. He said that he gave a full scope but when we ordered my daughter and I both said kid sized ice cream and he even confirmed it too yet. This incident has made me very upset and feel scammed because first, the employee shouldnt have charged me the regular price because I said to him clearly that I wanted a kid-size ice cream (so did my daughter), so if he gave me a full size that was his mistake. Second, he didn't even tell me the amount before charging me the full fee. I only realized after looking at my recent purchases.

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a 1/2 scoop cake cone for my son. My son always order his ice cream in a cup and put the cone on top. When I received my receipt I was surprised that I got charged $3.75 plus tax. I asked the sales associate named Tiffany what's the extra topping for she claims it's for the cone. This is the first time I got charged for $1 for putting the cake cone on top of the ice cream in a cup. Which I already paid for because as per receipt (1/2 scoop cake cone). I never added extra topping because my son is Type 1 diabetic. I had been a very loyal customer for Purdy's for many years. But charging extra $1 for the Cake cone is too much which I already paid for unless the $1 for the cup. Poor customer service if I have known that she will charged us an extra $1 for the cone which she claimed I would have not taken it.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm here weekly, and I have never once left dissatisfied with the service provided by all of the wonderful employees. Obviously I have my grievances with things out of their control such as which products are in/out of stock , but that's an issue for Purdys corporate. In terms of this store itself, I have no qualms. Clean, organized, friendly, and just overall a smooth, pleasant experience time in and time out.
