A guy who made juice touched his face before touching the fruit so I politely asked him to change the glove before touching fruits again. Glad that he changed but within a few seconds, he touched his cap again and continued to make juice . Worst thing is that machine struck then they fixed by touching the machine everywhere. Again, he did not change the glove before touching the fruit. Finally , he took the lid without glove by touching the inner side of the lid. I felt not good about it, so i cancelled the order. When I say why I cancel the order, he said sorry. I don’t complain about that guy because he seems new. Why don’t the training manager give proper hygiene instructions before put someone in the front line. During covid times, people are very sensitive. Training manager should aware of it.

No point in ordering ahead of time! I ordered for an 11 am pick up- it’s 2 on and they didn’t have the cake ready. So disappointed- will never use this location again.

I agree with other reviewers seems like this Dairy Queen can't manage to get well trained staff, likely because franchisee doesn't pay much attention to detail. Products are served barely at their minimum standard. Banana split definitely is for two.

It's Dairy Queen in a food court. Blizzards, ice cream cakes, and all their frozen treats. Their hot foods are here but slightly limited. Staff are quick to make purchased food and you won't wait long. There is ample parking from the mall or access from transit through the Canada line at Brighouse station or the bus hubs.

I ordered a large strawberry / Pina colada Julius, which I would normally recommend very highly, especially if you like to add rum. This location filled it all the way up to the 3/4 mark, with old, sad, unloveable fluid that at one time was julius drink, now just sad flavoured chalky water. After selecting customers seemingly at random from the long line. I should have suspected something would be amiss when, after being second "in line" for about 10 min and having everyone around me get served first. I suspect racism, because everyone complains about it nowadays. What really surprised me the most was when I saw the trainee, who was at least twice my size appear literally from thin air. All employees were flailing like it was a super crazy dinner rush, but the lineup kept shrinking because service was so slow.

Came to order a birthday cake for a kids birthday, a very simple order you would think. However, the staff was beyond incompetent, had no info on how to submit visual for the top of the cake, everyone was relying on each other to answer my simple question. I had one question: can you draw as per my drawing or do I have to choose from your set of stencils? No one knows.

The WORST experience. I *will absolutely never* come back to Orange Julius ever again. Management need to severely rethink the type of people they hire and their training for those on the ground to *empower* those working on the ground to provide better customer service as opposed to being puppets. I ordered the strawberry banana julius, it was sickly sweet. It was so sickly sweet that I asked if I can exchange it for something of a lesser value but less sweet. They said no. I said ok, so what do you do if customer's unhappy with your product? And they said we remake the same thing and it will be the same. I asked them to remake it without any sweetener in it and the girl came back, SLAMS the drink in front of me. The drink still was ridiculously sweet. I couldn't drink this at all. (Having read the other reviews below, it seems this particular location is just worse compared to other locations.) Look, you're able to make the SAME thing which is of a higher value that the customer is VERY unhappy about than the cheaper product that I'm requesting to exchange to. Exchanging for equal or lesser value is a common and widespread business practice. Why is this place unable to keep up with this? If this is management's way of "curbing abuse of the system", then take away the original drink but HAVE A WAY to treat their customer and frankly their own business with greater integrity and trust on the quality of their product than take the money and ruin their chances for recurring customers.
