This store has a great selection of Japanese-style clothing, great staff members and great customer service. We love clothes from Uniqlo as they are very comfortable and are reasonable priced. We have been to their stores in Osaka and Tokyo in Japan as well as in Taipei, Taiwan, and in Thailand. Thanks for opening you stores in Canada. Photos Β© Sanjib Dutta

Worst Uniqlo I have ever been to. The reason being is that it is a small space and everything is packed really close together. Do not go here on a weekend or holiday. Very unpleasant experience and I find it hard to shop around. It's only good if you know what you want and know where it is.

I was going to pay my clothes and standing in the "Return" line at 6:52pm on May 19. There was a guy came and kindly showed me where to line up and pay. At the meantime, the cashier " Ming" was not helping any customer but chatting with her colleague. I feel I am invisible to her. Otherwise, why she ignores me? I was shocked that Uniqlo hired such an unprofessional staff. The guidance to the checkout counter is not clear. It easily leads the customers to stand in the wrong line. It is not the cumtomer's fault to stand in the wrong line. I hope Uniqlo will do something about their checkout sign and educate the staff the true meaning of customer service.

I received a damaged jacket from my online order. Went to the store for exchange. They want to charge me $9.99 for returning an item. Both managers came out and said they have quality check So it cannot be their fault. Wow....

Music is way too loud for a pleasant shopping experience. Quite distracting & disturbing. And I can’t hear the staff well when we try to communicate. i noticed other people can’t really hear each other and have to repeat. What’s the point of store music is something the management needs to think about. Please consider neurodiversity. Thank you.

Not a very big store so it can get very packed on the weekends. I prefer to go after my work hours, in the late afternoon. I love Uniqlo clothing, they have good selection but in this store I find they always run out of my usual size which is medium...

Good quality items at reasonable, but not low prices. For men, sizes run a bit smaller in my experience. If you want clothes that fit, buy your size. If you want something that fits comfortably then go up a size.
