★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales from this store mailed my new shoes to a wrong address, I have to driver 2 hours round trip to that address and ask my shoes back! Contacted the store manager Lee but he said there is nothing he can do! He asked me call UPS myself and I did, waited on the line for 30mins and UPS told me I am not the sender so no way they could adjust the mailing address for me. I have to pick it up! Very Bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come here a few times to order things for myself. I recently went in and ordered something else and was previously helped by Tara. And most recently Lee and Abby. Some of the BEST customer service. Tara made great jokes and made good conversation and had beautiful nails, Abby and Lee were so helpful and informative, all 3 of them really tried to help me find what I was looking for and all were super cheerful. I will only go to this footlocker for their service. Thank you all so much!

I called the shipping company and they said that footlocker cancled the order. but they didnt refund me until I called footlocker and asked for money back. good little scam they have going
