★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a nice jacket and scarf here at 50% off. Store is neat and tidy and well organized. It is tough to review chain stores because what can one really say about them. They are all pretty much the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exchanging and returning online orders here is so stress less. Although the staffs tend to usually be busy managing the cashier and or cleaning (which makes them unavailable to help you around the store when needed), they are super nice and friendly.
I personally don't shop in store here because they don't have a lot of the styles I look for nor the sizes I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Old Navy to process an online order from all the way from Black Friday in November. In the rush of things (last date to do the refund), I had left my receipt and my phone was out of battery to show my online return invoice/receipt.
Associate "Johnny" went above and beyond to assisting me getting the refund processed. From being very understanding and patient with me fumbling around with the login/pass on their POS system. Even going so far to see if he can find the right charger for my device.
End of the day, Johnny was able to offer many solutions and able to get the end result with a understanding and patient manner!
