★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store almost gives the Vancouver location a run for its money. Staff are very friendly. Store is clean organized. Very smooth seamless purchasing experience. Something about this store makes me always pop in for a look or a purchase. No one hassles you and some good sales too!

Overall inattentive and unhelpful customer service. Many staff unaware of store promotion details. Charges 5¢ per plastic shopping bag. Located in Richmond Centre. Close to Canada Line Brighouse Station.

HOWEVER, the staffs did not even give me a freaking bag for my purchase of a 8$ pencil!!! very bad service overall. products are really expensive!! one tiny eraser costs $2. can't u believe that??? im not joking, those products are very ordinary and have nothing special. def not rcmd buying the supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store! Missing lots of stock, but that’s just supply chain issues. I really appreciated how the check our clerk looked over each of my items to ensure that they weren’t damaged. It’s not often that you see staff care about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I'm a bit confused about Muji, though I really like the store's aesthetic and products in general.
Their prices seem to be all over the place. For example, a pair of nice slippers is $19, sneakers $25, a two pack of soft cotton Ts is $10, but a basic ball cap is $50 and a basic umbrella is $40? This makes no sense to me.
The housewares are also kind of up there in price in general... Like dry goods storage bins, pretty small ones, are I believe it was $10 (or more) each.
Whereas their cleaning system products are quite inexpensive, but an Acacia wood trash bin is $60?
Yeah...I just don't understand the pricing of things at Muji. Many things seem reasonable priced, if not inexpensive, while others are incredibly overpriced at least imo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such great quality at such decent prices! I never knew the brand but they got my attention as soon as I walked in. You can tell there is care in their products and I love that they do not take advantage to pump up the prices like other brands. Bought 15!!!!!!!! shirts at first sight and I could not have found a better deal.
They will be my shirt people forever if I find them…
