★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff on the floor always seem to be in a great mood. Their name tags all have start dates of early 2000's, so something must be keeping people there! They get to wear what they want, the store closes at 6pm, and the hours are probably plentiful. Some customers drive too fast or too slow in the parking lot & selfishly leave their carts in the middle of no where, but that's about it. I always park as far away as possible to avoid everything, and my legs work just fine to return the cart to where it's supposed to go. I've never used the fast food set up or the tire centre but am sure they're both top-notch in terms of value (ie: quality vs price.) The membership cost is great if you shop there regularly. They make their $ on the memberships, so it makes sense that the prices of the food are what they are.

Friendly staff, auto-checkouts, lots of items for your groceries. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend Costco, quality is there, and pricing is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arguably, the busiest Costco in Lower Mainland. The staff is great but the shoppers are just too many for courteous cart traffic to occur. If you forgot to bring your patience along then go home and arm yourself with kindness before shopping here.

This started recently, the 5 dozen pack I got last time was terrible, most eggs in the center on the top layer were broken. It looks better this time, but some are really tiny. Will never buy eggs again from Costco. Some may ask why not return or exchange. This store make you line up for one hour for return and refund. It is faster to drive to Burnaby store for refund. The photo shown is my today's purchase, already way better than last time. Some of the eggs are tiny, and smaller than the medium size you get from Superstore or Wal-mart.

Leaking soy beverage … ruined all my car backpacks… I have to wash everything…
The lid is sealed/unopened… but leaking ….all the sticky soy milk into other stuff I bought..

Yes yesterday, I bought a green kiwi for $8.99 -$2… but 40% of kiwi are rotten… and it’s too troublesome for me to return , just for a replace of kiwi.
Just so, beware of rotten kiwi in “discount” price… because of that square box package.. people will have no way to test out their softness ≈ level of rottenness.
Not a big deal of small price.. but really disappointed in impression…

US Costco has more variety, electronics than here. Given low rating because, the options of choices are less when it comes to stuffs other than food related items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently, this is one of the busiest Costco locations so consider coming by early morning for less crowd and traffic.
Overall staff is friendly, clean environment with tons of bulk product options as you may already know.

They gonna outlast all competitions if they kept doing what they do best by giving what customers want at a cheap price.
