G	Grant Torjek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tire Centre never answers the phone. I have tried during many different times of year. Different times of day etc. I have never been able to get through to them to answer a question. This has been consistent and unaddressed by management. Decent service when you go to the warehouse and talk to them personally.
T	Tolga Ozgun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Rude stuff. Short story just avoid if you can. Eg: I got an appointment and went on time. They told me I have to wait at least 2 hours !!! When I asked "why" They told me there is a lot of queue ! and then I asked for another appointment again they told me it can be the same situation ... I asked how I can check before going there , they told me there is no way to check beforehand . I asked about calling beforehand but they don't answer calls ... So if you have time to waste for a rude service go there.
G	Goan Za on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one picked up the phone, waited for 15mins in line to be told couldn't book an appointment through the desk, must be online while the menu literally said online or in person. The lady was rude and so demanding. Avoid this place!
J	JS Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff were very professional but having only one person running the counter is.... counter productive ?. Long lineups and long waits to get checked in, not to mention a previous long wait to purchase the tires to begin with. Also showed up for my appointment and was told 2 hours so I hung around. Two hours later I checked in and the car hadn't been started yet. So I waited another 1.5 to 2 hours. The whole purchase was about $150 less than most places, but having your whole day shot might not be worth the savings. You choose though, I might eat the cost and go elsewhere next time.
B	Babu Kumaran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste time here even if saving money is a big deal. No update on Winter tire order placed 2 months ago and the tire center won't pick up the phone. Store admin just asks to call the online store because it's an online order. And online store can tell you nothing more than "It's delayed and there is no ETA". You are SOL if you are waiting for tires from Costco in the current weather conditions.

Dropped the keys off, and came back two hours to see the car left where I parked it. Tire delivery took over a month, with poor communication on delivery/reception. Front desk needs to be better staffed and instructions/signage on where to go/what to bring.

It's just around 4 months after new tires at this store. Never come back and hope you to review your services that you are well known about urgent cases or appointment need.

I waited about 5 hours even after making an appointment to put on my winter tires. 4 hours after dropping my car off, they called to confirm that I wanted to use my new rims (which I had already informed them at drop off). Upon pickup, they told me that they could not put the tires on the new rims and told me to buy lug nuts for my new rims. I bought them but turns out, I did not need them... So in summary: staff are nice but gave wrong info. service took way too long and I didn't get what I requested.
