โ โ โ โ โ Let me start by saying I know for a fact I would have been taken to the cleaners at almost any other shop.
Fountain Tire is extremely fortunate to have someone like Victor represent their brand.
I took my right hand drive import in for a timing belt job and when no other shop would even entertain the idea, Victor and his team knocked it out of the park. A+ across the board.
Will be back.
10/10 highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ My tire pressure light came on after work, being out in the snow since morning, and I wasn't sure if I had a leak or able to drive home. So I got to Fountain Tire at 5:30, grateful they were open as many were closed, but didn't know they closed at 6pm.
Unfortunately there were 3 cars being worked on but Victor was very kind and offered to add air to my tires. In the end, there was no leak and tires just needed air.
Very appreciative of Victor, with his friendly and helpful service, highly recommend!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have never been compelled to leave a rating on google but Victor and his team truly exceeded my expectations today. I brought my car in with a flat 25 min before closing and Victor managed to fit me in last minute even though they were fully booked. Then they were able to temporarily patch my tire until I can find a new tire match. I can honestly say Victor could see I was in a tough spot and had ZERO desire to upsell me, provided complete transparency and had a genuine desire to want to help me out. After all of that he offered me a discount on anew install and provided a free diagnostic which could have cost me $60. I never thought a visit to the tire shop could turn my day around but experiencing that level of customer service is rare! They just gained a lifelong customer!

โ โ โ โ โ Needed tires pretty bad for my vehicle, got the tires and installed them by 2 when I called at 9 looking for shops. Priced matched the same tires I have found elsewhere saving me $50.
Great customer service and quick turn around.
Will be going back!

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your unbelievable courteous
service . A year or so ago I purchased four tires from another Fountain Dealership. This weekend I discovered a nail in one of the tires and thus a flat.
Upon contacting your Dealership about getting a repair done , the Service Advisor informed that the repair would be done at no cost to me and to simply bring in the tire, using the spare, and the tire would be repaired and then put back on the car.
The technician also observed that the TPMS light was on and this was removed as well.
In this day and age we seniors seldom get such service and your staff should be complimented for making my experience a good one.

I have so many good things to say about this Fountain Tire location, every time I am here I get excellent service, car is ready when they say is ready. Store looks clean and most impressive to say in a men environment washroom is really clean!!
They always give you the best advice and price for tires and service.
I definitely recommend 100% this Fountain Tire location for your car.

โ โ โ โ โ I needed a tire repair last minute. They were able to take me on the spot with no appointment. The job was done within an hour as promised. It's been a week now and the tire doesn't seem to be leaking air so they did a great job. Victor, the service advisor, was great. Super nice and friendly but also professional. Would definitely come here again solely because of Victor. He also mentioned their online detailed reports for their regular servicing and that was intriguing.
