★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible mechanics. Went for an oil change since it's close to my house. That evening on the way home my muffler falls off. I take it back and they want $700 to replace the muffler **WHAT**. So I take it to arbutus service center. He puts it up on the lift to examine it and immediately shows me where 2 bolts were loosened and 2 were removed. We could see the marks a wrench left in the dirt and it was obvious these bolts had been tampered with. Still had to pay for the repair but arbutus only charged me $119. Avoid this shop at all cost. They will sabotage your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is not really near to where I live , it will take at least 20-25 minutes to get there but it's worth my time to have my oil changed at least once every 4 months. It normally takes about 30 minutes to get things done and the owner does everything by himself, he's "Jack of all Trades" and I have to say he's pretty good at it??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I encountered the flat tire issue and waited outside for Road side service over 4.5 hours but they didn’t show up in the afternoon of Sunday. Without choice, I had to try a call to Honest Auto Center, even closed on Sunday. The owner Sam was working diligently and efficiently, helped me to change the flat tire with spare tire in Richmond, then drove back to his auto center in Vancouver, to repair the tire in 15min. I feel so grateful to Sam, just like his name, honest dealing with others, customer and his business, much appreciated!
