R	Rick Terrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my front brakes going out in Vancouver. Called Kelley at 7:30 am and he said to come on in. At 7:58 he diagnosed bad front rotors and pads. At 8:35 I was driving away with repairs finished. Best and most efficient and professional shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with in many years. Thank you Kelley for making my emergency a non issue . I highly recommend this trustworthy repair shop.

S	Steph P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store today for the first time. Minus the harder to navigate parking lot I can't say anything bad about it. The man helping me, was ready, waiting and pulled me in right away. He was sure to communicate everything he was doing. He called me not much longer after leaving and explained exactly what he found and everything he checked. He told me how much it would cost, and that he'd get back to me in a few hours. 2 hours later the work was done, and I was called! He took the time to talk to me about previous work done at another shop, how shocked he was by his findings, why it probably happened, and went above and beyond to talk to us about winter tires vs all seasons etc. He was very friendly, trustworthy, and it cost me ninety dollars less than the place before that. that did shotty work (Midas in Richmond B.C. DO NOT GO HERE). I will definitely go back to this shop as long as the same man is running it. WOW what a great experience.
R	Ron Furness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to purchase a 18" long turndown pipe, was quoted $180!!!!! The same part at Canadian tire was $20, absolutely shamefull!! Be warned, if you value your money, u may want to shop around!! Edit- the owner now claims to have "no record". Which is correct, probably no going to have any records on customers,when they all go elsewhere. When you blatantly try to gouge a would be customer, you don't get that customer. Simple business sense.
A	Andre Landy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my check engine light read. ($95 charge for that, other places will do it for free) and I asked how much they charged to change oil. They asked me a few questions and said $108. When the bill came, I was charged almost $150 under their "seasonal package" with a bunch of extra stuff tagged to the bill that I didn't ask for... Mentioned that it was wrong and was told to call another day, they can't do anything about it. Very unhappy . Mentioned I won't be a returning customer, they said sorry about that and showed me the door.. **Update: In response the owner,,Your response is up and down untrue. No price was mentioned in terms of diagnostics. I agreed to $108 for the oil change and gave the go ahead for it because it was a reasonable price. Seems I should have got it in writing.
F	Facundo Chernikoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Scott Swaile and his workers damaged my wheel, took no responsibility, and lied multiple times. Booked a tire appointment. Was told to come in 8:30am and they will get me right in. At 10:30am (2 hours later, not right away as he said. Lie #1) they call me and tell me they took my wheel off, they put it down and realized they dont have the equipment they need to change my tires without damaging the rim (Lie #2, they did try and did nick my $350 rim and then stopped). I went back to get my truck and asked which tire they took out to re torque after 100km. He told me that was a myth and I shouldn't bother since I was changing tires anyways. I asked again because it was clear they were hiding something. He said front right awkwardly (Lie #3, was front left). Over the phone he took no ownership and said what do you know, wheels are damaged all the time on the road. Then I proceeded to tell him that I took pictures the day prior to the appointment because I was skeptical about my nice expensive rims. At that time, he disrespectfully told me: "who does that? Thats why nobody wants to change your tires" "Look, the shop is too busy (Christmas shut down, not sure how) and hang up on me. So... If you are looking for a shop that will damage your stuff and hide their mistakes, lie repeatedly to your face, and when you call them up on it treat you like crazy and do nothing about it, PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR TO Scott Swaile.

They called us the quote 3500 dollars for parts, 1500 dollars for labour. But our 2009 cargo van Chevrolet express 1500 value 8000 dollars about. Unfortunately we didn’t buy theft insurance. So we couldn’t afford it. So we came back to take the car. They charged us 40 bucks for inspection which they didn’t mentioned before and with unfriendly attitude.
