Thank you Kia South Vancouver Team and my servicing agent Adrian Lai in particular. Adrian certainly demonstrated great customer service and has been attentive throughout the process. No hard selling. Instead, he offered me practical advice and honest responses. I would definitely recommend Adrian to people I know if they look for an auto sales agent in future.

My husband and I wanted to buy our first car. We already knew that we wanted a Kia Soul, so we looked online at the stores that had the model available, and we went to Kia Vancouver, south at Marine Drive. Everything was new for us, we had a lot of questions, not only about the car, but also about the whole process and we had an amazing experience with Mohammad and Adrian. They were both very thoughtful, they had patience with us, because we really needed a lot of information to make the right decision. We felt very supported and we closed the deal! Thank you Mohammad and Adrian for all the support! We really appreciate it!

I bought my 2019 KIA Niro at the end of 2019 from this location and the experience was… uncomfortable, to put it lightly. It was the stereotypical, pressured sale with multiple people and mixed messages coming from each of them about what each car package included. Fast forward to today, we did end up buying it - the car is fine. However, we’ve continued doing our maintenance with them. For the most part, their maintenance shop has better customer service and easy enough to communicate with; however, since I’ve bought the car, I’ve been having issues with my key fob/controller which I’ve brought up multiple times. Each time, they’ve given me a temp fix which I continue doing, but the last time I went, they said they would order another one and call me back… I’m still waiting for a call back. A second issue/inquiry I had, I ended up calling back the maintenance shop. The dispatch person took my info and said someone will get back to me in a day or two. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten a call back. There have been a lot of little things, minor in nature and not huge emergencies so it’s been easy to brush off but all in all, it’s been a really disappointing experience with Kia and I’m hoping that perhaps going to a different location might make a difference, but it’s hard not paint all Kia locations with the same brush because my overall, continued experience with this particular location has been disappointing over and over again and I’m starting to feel like the stupid one for always going back.

The customer service at Kia Vancouver is AMAZING!!! Our experience purchasing our car (Sorento) was excellent, we worked with Mohammad the entire purchase. Not only did we get a great deal, but he was also fast to answer all our questions and helped as much as he could. We would highly recommend working with Mohammad as he went above and beyond in taking care of our needs.

I recently ordered a new hybrid vehicle at this location. I've never owned a Kia before. I am over the moon with the car itself. But mostly I was impressed with the exceptional sales team. I received a call 2 weeks before my car was to arrive, then again once it had arrived to pickup by Adrian. He was lovely. He took me to my car and showed me every feature taking his time to make sure I dont miss a thing. He was timely and polite and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back in the future.

Kia Vancouver has an amazing team. I want to say thank you to everybody. Especially Halson. A big thank you also to Eric and Marco . You guys rock! I came in with specific requirements. Halson Worked with his colleagues to understand and fulfill my requirements. I have car shopped in the whole lower mainland looking for my new ride. These guys just made everything happen like magic. They aren’t your typical sales people. Kia Vancouver are consultants trying to help get the best match for what we are looking for. I felt I can trust them and I was right. I had team that is very knowledgeable, very passionate and very professional and trust worthy ! Even when I had questions after the sales process, they took the time to explain everything and document it to give me peace of mind. In short, the whole process from A-Z was so smooth that it feels like a nice dream ? Thank you guys!

As a previously happy customer, this recent service visit was unsatisfactory. Two weeks ago I went with my elderly Mother to get her front brakes serviced/replaced on her Kia. I asked the service rep if they are planning to replace the rotors (disc brake) on a car with low mileage that look fine. They said they will try to machine the rotors first and replace them if necessary. We get the phone call saying the car is ready and they replaced the front brake rotors. I asked to see the old rotors and the service rep took me into the shop to show me. The rotors he showed me were rusted and had grooves on both sides. Then I showed him the photos that I had taken that morning when the car was dropped off, clearly showing a smooth outside rotor on both sides of the car. I was shocked when he stuck by his story saying these were the ones that came off the car, when I knew they were not, and my photos clearly show no grooves. This resulted in them being able to charge a couple hundred dollars more. Not Cool Kia, Not Cool. I don’t mind paying for service but I don’t like being tricked. I’ve attached the photos I took the morning we dropped off the car for service. The following day we get a text from the service department asking how the service was. We told them how disappointed we were. We have yet to receive any response. Not impressed and Very Disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere !
