β β β β β Brown Bros always provides excellent service. I purchased my Ford Bronco from them last fall and will continue to buy my vehicles from them based on how well I have been treated.
I recently took my vehicle in for its first service and was very impressed. The service team was extremely quick and my vehicle came back spotless after a long road trip this past week. Shoutout to Peter and the rest of the service team for being great.

Very helpful and friendly sales.
In early February my car had a computer issue and I was handled very professionally by Mark and Ryan.
I was given a loaner vehicle and informed with the repair needed, they kept my car a day longer to confirm everything was in working order before they delivered my car to my work place and exchanged with the loaner
Very satisfied and definitely recommend Brown Brothers Ford

β β β β β Having a 2020 Lincoln MKZ I chose Brown Bothers Lincoln as my dealer and I needed an oil change. My appointment was greeted by a very nice attendant who went over my car for marks etc then another great spirited gentleman can and arranged for my vehicle so I could leave it. They gave me a small window for my oil change and I decided to wait for it. It only took 1 1/2 hours and I was on my way. They also let me know that next time I needed service they would pick up the car at my house and drop off a loaner car for the day. I am so impressed with the quality of service they provide and yes I will return to Brown Lincoln.

β β β β β I am so impressed with the customer service provided by Jot Suman and his team from Brown Brothers Ford. I found that this level of service and treatment made one feel that they were dealing with "family."
Due to this ongoing personal touch relationship, our family has purchased 4 vehicles from Brown Brothers over the last year and a half. Each interaction was fantastic where I believe we received an excellent pricing and service, a win/win for everyone.

β β β β β Today first time i visit this place for my Ford which i bought almost 2 years ago.Sam, take care of me . I have been going another Ford service before. But today the service experience that i have been through was priceless. First of all staff is very friendly. now those days you cant see smiling face in many businesses. second after i left the service i have been called twice inform whats going on with my vehicle and what will be done . All details has informed me by Mr.Sam . And they done with everything super quick and i pick up my car less than 3 hours. After today , Brown Bros Ford will be the only Ford service and dealer for me . I wish i purchase my vehicle from here. But next time for sure ,this place will be my car dealer for purchase my vehicle. I highly recommend everybody to do business with this place. I want to Thank you for everyone for this amazing , customer service .You guys made my Day. :)

β β β β β I purchased a 15 passenger Ford transit from Brown Bros Ford. Bob, was my first contact at the dealership and he was my sales rep. I personally feel that Bob went above and beyond his duties and made sure that I felt welcome and well taking care of throughout my entire process. He was very helpful polite and kind to deal with. The dealership made some promises to me regarding changes to the vehicle I purchased. All of their promises were met with no delay. All in all I would give them an honest 10/10 based on my own personal experience. Nobody has paid me for this add, nor do I have friends that work there, other than the new friends I made when buying a vehicle from them. Special thanks to Bob, and everyone at Brown Bros Ford!
