★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 7:30 appointment on June 3, 2021. Arrived at 7:25...greeted by a representative who confirmed my 7:30 appointment. He took the mileage of my truck, checked for any scratches or dents then told me the service person would be out in a minute, Ryan E. He was professional & friendly. He told me the service would likely take 1.5 to 2 hrs. About 1.5 hrs later I received a call updating me on the service and letting me know the vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes. Brown Bros Ford understands loyalty, provides EXCELLENT customer service and Ryan provides above and beyond customer service ?. I will continue to bring my F150 to Brown Bros for as long as I own my truck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my 12 Audi S4 repaired by IB, pretty fast service during Xmas 2020. Pricing was similar to Audi based on my larger repair but I was able to get completed quicker so sometimes that's worth it alone. Nice shop, first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were taking our car in for a new battery when something strange happened to the engine. It lost power and started to vibrate.
We left it overnight and Service Department manager Sam called us the next day to brief us what might be wrong. The diagnostic and repair took longer than expected. While the technicians were consulting with Ford, Sam kept us up to date and made sure we had a curtesy car. Eventually the car was ready to pick up. It runs as smoothly as before. We are happy about Sam's professional way of dealing with the issue. He made us feel like that he cares about his customers. Thank you Sam!

Marcus helped me and was extremely professional, delivering my truck within the promised time. He also kept me informed of all steps of the process. I really recommend. 5 starts for the customer service.

The staff there is fantastic...I dealt with Peter this time, and he great....polite, explains things and job gets done. I would highly recommend these guys to look after fixing your car or truck. I have dealt with other companies and no where near as good as these guys. They are careful with all safety requirements with Covid to make customers feel at ease. Great place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the service that I got from Jared here. I happen to ask him outside as he was about to drive off, not knowing that he worked here, if this was where I could buy filters for my truck.
Jared shut his truck off even though they had already been closed for a couple minutes, was happy to take me downstairs and answer any maintenance questions I had about my new-to-me Ford truck.
Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Thanks Jared!!!!!!!
