★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience buying our truck from Dueck on Marine! We had no luck finding what we wanted in our area so drove out to Vancouver to meet Edgars and look at one final truck. It was meant to be! Edgars was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was seamless, fast & efficient, and we even got a few heartfelt laughs out. We were not pressured on anything and it was definitely the best feeling. The entire process was impressive, even the document signing in accounting and the insurance portion. Well done Edgars and the entire Dueck team!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my brand new 2021 GMC Sierra Denali truck here at Dueck on Marine Drive. My sales person was Edgars and he was very helpful and professional from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and set up all of the paper for me and did not miss anything, it was the smoothest and fastest car buying experience I have ever done.
Even the finance office was helpful and professional as well, they answered all of my questions that I had too. I would recommend Dueck on Marine to anyone looking to buying a new car or used as they have the proven track record to execute on the highest professional level which is what I look for when buying a car from a dealership. I was having an issue getting my car in for some recall work, I called 2 of the dealers closer to my house and none had the part I needed. I called Dueck in Vancouver and spoke with Allison she was knowledgeable and Friendly. She confirmed the part I needed was in stock, set up a file for me and got me in the same day. The service team got the job done quickly and I left completely satisfied. Good Job Dueck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealership will go the mile in order to satisfy a customer, no dealership is perfect and all though i didnt see eye to eye with one employee.
Bonnie took absolute care of me, she is absolutely the best at her profession and really cares deeply about the dealership which you can tell she treats like her second home.
Hays was my salesman and is an absolutely stand up gentleman! I cant say enough good things about these two!
I bought a 2015 Cadillac ats4 turbo. A car i think everyone should own at least once in their life.
I noticed a small leak on the engine and the service team took care of it , i am really impressed with the way they delivered this vehicle.

I have worked deals with them in the past and continue to return because of their professionalism and commitment to getting you the best deal and the right car. Delivery and pick up of my 2022 Buick Enclave was quick and easy. They had all the papers organized and ready to go. A few signatures and I was ready to go home with my new ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a shopper, it took me a while to find the dealership that had what I wanted, and when I did, was very pleased with the experience. Working with Hays (sales) on following my vehicle as it came from train to dealership, and all of the process to execution of the sale was great. Hays was informative, responsive, and helped with a few things that were on my wish list but wasn’t able to get factory as it was a “this is what is available” purchase.
Working with Paul from parts on a few other odds and ends was also a great experience as he was friendly, knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to meet me 70km from the dealership so I didn’t have to drive in for a part.
Now, as I am working to get the truck I really want, which will be a while as the order went in today, I have been a bit annoying through the process of selecting exactly what I want (a few changes over the week), and on ensuring that I don’t take a huge hit on what I’ll be driving for the next 5 months before I trade it in for the ordered one - sales manager helped me understand the process and what I can expect (no crystal ball or contracts) as I look towards getting my exact order truck from factory.
I’d recommend this dealership all day!
