After picking up my 1991 Toyota Corolla from my regular small auto place, I noticed the interior dome light was out! My regular place is so inconveniently located, so even though I'm a 70 year old woman, I decided to try to change the light myself. I bought a new bulb at Granville Toyota Parts & Service on 41st, but the light didn't work! Service Advisor Frank Cortese came out, did trouble shooting, found out the $2.02 fuse needed replacing and did the work for free. You better believe I'm taking my Corolla there from now on!

Ordered a car through them and had a positive experience. I dealt with Dia and Robert and found the dealership to be very pleasant and transparent. Looking forward to taking delivery.

Had the pleasure of dealing with product advisor β€œBoli” (β€œBolivar”) today. Very genuine, honest, knowledgeable, and expert customer service experience. It is not often we have come across such a genuine representative during our new vehicle search. Would highly advise Boli at this location. Appreciate it fine Sir, and keep up the good work!

The worst Toyota dealership that I have been into. I don’t know where to start with. But I want to say this as a warning to anyone who’s planning to buy vehicles: DO NOT go to this dealership. They have this what they call: No documentation fee, dealership currency card, and customer for life. Do not fall for these sweets especially when you have trade in. The manager Robert will low ball your trade in. When I say low it is really low. You go to Canadian black book and you can see your vehicle trade in value. Robert will low ball your trade in even well below the minimum. He’s going to make sure he will recoup those sweets offer. Just to give you an idea: He priced my trade in at $17,540 and after just a day passed he's selling it for $24,895. A whooping 42% increase! The condition of my trade in (Toyota) was excellent. No scratches and complete Toyota service with accessories (hitch, custom floor mats). I even mentioned to him that it has newly replaced fluids (transmission, brake, coolant) and new battery from Toyota. He said that it doesn't matter. He doesn't honor any Toyota service except from Granville apparently. But I don't believe it because just after a day of the transaction, I saw my vehicle on their ads right away. To be fair, this dealership is GOOD for NO TRADE IN (no documentation fee, etc). But if you have, DO NOT go to this dealership. The thing is that i couldn't back out anymore because apparently, my deposit is non-refundable. This is the first that i experienced this non-refundable deposit. But i got my deposit back from other dealership because they didn't have of the vehicle I wanted at that time. And this salesperson Dia is ok. He tries his best to really give you something that will make you happy but ask him to put it on paper. Because he will promise you something in words but in the end he’s not going to do it. He’s going to say i” it’s just between you and me I am going to give you this. But at the end of the day, he will back out or nothing happened at all after the deal is done. If it is only for the salesperson, Dia, I will give 4 star. But with my experience with the sales manager, I give it 2 stars. Be warned!

What an great dealership. Buying a Toyota right now is a terrible experience. As every dealership is sold of of most models, the sales people are terrible to deal with. Not the case at Grandville Toyota. While I still had to wait my sales person Dia's estimate was bang on and I had my new Rav4 exactly when he predicted. If your buying a new Toyota you would have to be crazy not to order it through these guys. Thanks again to all the management staff and the finance department for making everything so smooth. I can't wait for my Toyota EV.

If you want a pleasurable car shopping experience, avoid this place at all costs. I leased a 2022 Toyota 4Runner in September, 2021. I got the 'slimy used car salesperson' treatment from the salesperson, who no longer works there, the sales manager, who is still there (there are at least two people with the title 'Sales Manager') and the female in the finance department. In fact, the only person I was treated properly with, was the ICBC Insurance agent, who is NOT even an employee of Granville Toyota. I would give a zero rating if I could. I have over 25 years of successful Sales Experience in various industries. I got the runaround on my actual lease payment amount, the runaround on my trade-in, the runaround on the lease financing terms. In fact, the ONLY reason I dealt with this dealership is the reality of them having the availability of what I was looking for. As you know, the Covid-19 pandemic has put a huge e strain on the availability of new vehicles. It really pains me to have to write this review. I will NOT be recommending my friends and family to shop here. Update 02/18/22: Spoke with Rob Begg, Sales Manager on the phone today. He reached out to me regarding the original review above, which surprised me, but as a courtesy and an attempt to get to the bottom of my entire experience at Granville Toyota, gave him a chance to address my SERIOUS and IMPORTANT concerns. Openness, Integrity, Honesty, Customer Service, Accountability. NONE of these words describe my experience at Granville Toyota. Misstep after misstep, blunder after blunder, there was VERY LITTLE that was acknowledged by Mr. Begg and as a Sales Professional and as a Sales Manager myself, I was and still am APPALLED by our telephone conversation and stand by every word in my original review. My plain and simple recommendation is STAY AWAY from this establishment.

I had a good experience here when I came in for a mystery problem in my car. The service was quick when I pulled up and when I was speaking with service reception. I did have to wait quite a while due to the volume of people being served, but it was a reasonable time and price for the work done. I felt welcomed and well-served and I'll come back for my next repair. Thanks to the service team!

Absolutely 100% first rate experience! After being supremely disappointed by my dealership of choice for over 10 years, I went to Granville Toyota and encountered Diaa who was absolutely phenomenal - a no BS, straight shooter, who will bend over backwards to get it done right. My purchase involved a vehicle that is highly in demand (and due to global supply chains are also in very short supply.) I decided to purchase the showroom model on the spot. I had to wait for delivery until there was a replacement vehicle - which is completely understandable due to the state of global supply chains at the moment. Alas, I happily expected to wait months. Within weeks I had my car! This dealership is family owned and really tries to make you a customer for life. Success in my case. Very well done!
