Last night, we had a party. The servers asked for money in the end ( the big healthy guy server ) asked for money as a tip & when we gave the money to him. He said, “we’re 4 - 5 servers more”. I mean it’s so disgusting. Very bad service. I didn’t expect from the servers like this.

I have been to this hall about 25+ times in the past 20 yeaes for various functions and have never really had anything bad to say about the food or service. I was invited to a wedding today that took place here and all was good until I asked the female Bartender( Sherry) for a "mocktail". She was very rude and full of attitude and she seemed like she truely hated her job.
She pointed me to a tray full of coke/orange crush and sprite and was not willing accommodate my request even though the bar at the time was completely empty. Sherry needs to be fired from this establishment immediately. She has zero people skills and needs to learn manners. The manager did however apologize on behalf of her and
Seemed to really want to fix the problem. Not sure of sherry learner her lesson though.
