I'll agree with the other review, this place is a rip-off and owner is a con-artist.
I took my vehicle twice and I was ripped off big time. Never ever go to Consumer Brake and Alignment on Chester Street in Vancouver.
My mother knows Parker the owner for over 20 years and she just found out that he had been ripping her off for 20yrs. That Parker guy is something, he is a smooth talker and rip you off. Mark is the mechanic and poor guy he has to do what Parker ask him to do -rip his customer off to keep his job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Parker and Mark for years! As well as my mom and recommend by her friend. After 20 years... I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about... I have compared prices and you will not get a better deal in Vancouver. Great honest guys. As a women who actually knows alot about cars, people have tried to rip me off before. But they never have. Good Guys! Good Prices! Not to mention supporting a local business instead of big over priced chains! After 20 years I would only ever go to Consumer, Parker and Mark ?
