★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company whose quality has only gone down due to taking all their business advise from their financial department only. The bottom line is their only concern. Karen Flavelle is an awful person who almost hit me crossing a sidewalk ON MY WAY TO WORK FOR HER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at Purdy's . com is abhorent.I have called the phone at 1-888!!!!!!!!!! at lest 10 times today and followed the prompts only to have my call bounced over to a mail box that was full and could not take a message. My sales slip said my order would be shipped on April 6th it is now end of day on the 8th and i still have not received my shipping notification email and can't get any assistance from the customer service number. I guess they have the money and don't care after that. This is the first and last time I ordered by phone or online, and I will probably think twice about purchasing at there stores in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is very important to me, and I found an employee at Purdys Chocolates / Bentel. Centre Vancouver … who gave me that… excellent customer service! Over the phone took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me options, and put together a lovely basket, AND delivered it for me on his own time,
He would not except a gratuity, just said he was happy doing his job, How refreshing is that???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought chocolate yesterday, in a hurry, confused as to why it said nope on the packaging and broken wings. Of course this was totally my fault to give it to someone. No amount of sweetness in the chocolate is going to make such a sarcastic and cold message more palatable this time of year! I wasted my money at Purdys. Very poor choice in marketing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Purdy's for many gifts for staff. They usually have special chocolates for different occasions throughout the year. Recently we picked up special red envelopes filled with chocolate and they were very much appreciated by staff. Our social committee has also used their fund raising bars which can be quite profitable to a social committee. The service has always been quick and friendly.
