I bought a set of ultimate trail boots for my dog three winters ago and finally last year the sole got ripped open from the front (glue came off after all the salt and cold weather). I remember when I bought it the lady told me they came with lifetime warranty, I didn’t think it would still hold after three years but decided to give it a try. Contacted them via online form with a picture of the boots, customer service came back really quickly and replaced the boots with another model (the one I had was out of stock and it was snowing already so I didn’t want to wait). These new boots are also amazing, I actually like the lower cut better as they don’t collect as much snow as those higher boots. They also snuggle very well, never had a problem losing any. given I have a Vizsla and she’s a crazy runner, it’s not that easy for me to find boots stay on well. I have tried enough products on market, so far these ones are our favourite. They are a bit pricey but they so worthy every penny!!

They are brand new end have been literally been used either once or twice only. I do not recommend your product to anyone as it has no quality at all.

I sent in a replacement request and the next day I had a brand new coat at my doorstep in a newer model. Great fit and well functioning product. Refreshing to know that they stand behind their products in a day and age where many of companies don't.

Unfortunately after about two months the velcro no longer held the boot on my dog's foot. We had to keep it on with an elastic band. I wrote to customer service and, without hesitation, they asked me to provide the information required to send me a replacement. A new boot was shipped to my home that same day! Poor customer service is a huge pet peeve of mine . I've even written a blog about it! RC Pets has earned me and my dog's business for life!

I bought the Quest Day Pack for my pup, and just a few days later the seam ripped at the handle when I went to help lift her on a hike. These things happen, the most I was expecting was maybe a repair or exchange. I emailed to inquire, and received a brand new one in the mail just a few days later. Completely unexpected, but very appreciated. Thank you RC Pets! I love their brand and products, customer for life!

Recently a plastic clip broke on Muriel's harness so I contacted RC Pet Products and a free replacement harness was shipped out and received within days. What excellent service, I do not hesitate to recommend this company's products.
