I bought a collar & leash for our new pup. They offer amazing quality products for reasonable pricing and to top it off they donate a percent of the proceeds to help dogs in need! They have the most wonderful customer service! They answer questions or action any concern you have super quick without hesitation! I would highly reccommend!! #totumprint

Recently purchased some new swag for our Labs. Choices for design far exceeded other companies/brands and the level of customer service was outstanding!

Terrific products! We’re always looking for harnesses that fit correctly. Woof Concept makes their harnesses fully adjustable at all three areas around our dog. And as an added bonus we were also able to get a matching leash. The brilliant designs and sturdy hardware stand up well to the elements and repeated washing. When it’s time for a hike, our Woof Concept gear is our first choice!

Although their response speed is excellent, their product is not. I purchased a martingale collar 4 months ago and it has badly rusted already. This includes the silver color (nickel plated) rings and chain. I have now been told that this collar cannot get wet and is prone to rusting. Stay away from any of their products if they have silver rings on them, which is a lot of their products.

I can’t say enough for Woof Concepts customer support people (shout out to Jenn!) who helped me take the Ultra design, chain Martingale to a fabric one to better hold my wonderful 75lb rescue who tends to pull, still, when squirrels about. A week later, across the country, a very nicely packaged parcel arrived with the result. The collar is high quality, a perfect fit, a nicer design in person from the web site. The cost of the customization was minimal, and made less by seeing how nice a product it is. Oh, and I purchased the matching leash! Amazing the number of people who have already asked where I got Karma’s new “bling”. Can’t recommend Woof Concepts enough.

Ordered (online) the Polygon 2 harness and leash set for our Golden Retriever puppy. Received my package super quick. The quality of Woof Concept products is better than anything found at the pet stores. The varieties, colours and patterns are all so beautiful! Will most definitely be buying more from Woof Concept. And I love that they're Canadian made!! I highly recommend Woof Concept :)

I was very impressed with the quality of the products I ordered and the richness of the Lagoon colour is so nice. I ordered the starter kit with the collar, leash, and harness. The harness is also great, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I work in the veterinary industry and have seen a lot of different products through the years and was very happy with the quality and care that is put into the Woof Concept products. You have done a great job! I will definitely be ordering again and will be telling my friends and colleagues about you. I appreciated the quick shipping and updates on my order and I am so glad I found you!

UPDATE: I received a call from the VP of business performance. She was very sincere and understood my frustration. She took great steps to make this situation right and get me the product I had originally ordered. If I could give no stars I would. My order has been a customer service nightmare since I received the order. I ordered a large martingale collar with the upgraded metal buckle for my dog with a 17" neck. The collar I received was 18" on the smallest setting. I understand mistakes happen so I emailed them to get this taken care of, sending them multiple pics showing the dogs neck size, how it fit vs how his old collar fit etc. Their response was to either send me a new one BUT I would have to pay to ship the original one back and wait for them to receive it to then be sent a new one or I could pay $15 for a new ne and keep the original. I was not happy with this as this was not a measuring error on my behalf but a production error. I just wanted the product I had ordered. The came back to me offering to send me a new "custom" collar that will fit my dog BUT I would have to cover shipping for it but they would see if they could get me a $15 gift card to compensate for the shipping. I explained that was unacceptable and I would not be paying any more for my order as this was an error on their end and after this I would not be placing another order with them so I would have no use for a gift card. They then said I could keep the original collar and donate it, then asked me to explain the new "custom" collar I would like it to be replaced with. I explained I would just like the same collar I ordered but to be 15” in length on the smallest adjustment and 17” be somewhere in the middle so it can fit my dogs 17” neck size but room to go smaller or bigger as needed. This week I received the replacement collar... on the smallest adjustment the 2 D rings still touch which defeats the purpose of a martingale collar and does not have the metal buckle I had paid to upgrade. I sent an email back to the company and have not heard back regarding this. I am beyond frustrated and just looking to get the item I ordered! I would not recommend this company which saddens me to say about a Canadian company.
