★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with this developer. Very slow construction of building and extended move in dates for a new condo construction a few times already; that placed our family in a very difficult situation with finding a place to stay after we have sold our home.
Previously had also bought and sold from Imani and they left construction materials all over the lobby hallways and construction workers going up and down elevators to finish constructing top floor. Will never buy from this developer again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to be too hard on them but our brand unit in a new concrete high rise had no hot running water for over 2 week. I'm sorry but 83.5f is no where near hot and it's on max. The excuse they kept giving us about letting it run longer can only go so far until it gets annoying. I can ignore the project being delayed, hand prints on the ceiling/wall, sub par handiwork or even the deep scratch on the stainless steel appliances! but I can't ignore how bad their customer service is. I understand the amount of complaint they are currently receiving but when you spent money on a brand new project you kinda expect at least above average quality. I really do hope they step up their game.
