F	Fran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel is next to a restaurant and fast food chain which is good for a family. relatively quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable. Fridge, coffeemaker and microwave are convenient. Negative: Farther than other convenient airport hotels. Therefore you need to give yourself more time for travelling. however, shuttle service is provided with a reservation.

The view is skyline is outstanding from the rooms on a clear day, restaurant on site is great with friend staff and good pub food. Check Inn was what was expected from all amazing IHG hotels. I try to stay here every trip to Vancouver for both person and business.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Friendly and professional desk staff and shuttle drivers. Reliable shuttle. Close to the airport. Room was fine. Negative: At about 11 pm, there were banging noises for 45 min. We were in room 225. My guess, they were setting up a meeting room. There were no decent restaurants within walking distance. 'Fogg and Suds' had no vegan/veg options other than pasta or fries/salad.
B	Badar Khokhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life! I am extremely disappointed and upset by what I experienced staying at this hotel. Terrible quality of service from Holiday Inn. First of all I was recovering from an illness and was made to stand outside in the rain for 2 plus hours. Is this really how they treat human beings let alone guests? I would understand such a horrendous action to be a natural human response if the situation warranted so but I guarantee this situation did not. No rules or government guidelines were broken yet the manager still felt compelled to scold me in front of the entire lobby and kick me out for an illegitimate reason. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here.
I	Icey13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were extremely friendly and made my stay a very pleasant experience, I was greeted every time I stepped foot in the lobby, the cleaning staff said good morning any time I saw them and my room was clean and fresh every day. The staff in the restaraunt were some of the best i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, part way into my 2.5 week stay, most of them knew my beverage order and what I preferred for desert and always made me feel more than welcome. The food was great, but the Tiramisu Cheesecake was absolutely divine. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Large tv’s in the room and nice furniture as well! Staff were very helpful and super nice! Shuttle to the airport is one of the reasons we picked this one!
J	James Maglietta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night before flying out the next morning. It's close to the airport, so that's a bonus. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bed had a good blanket, so I wasn't too hot or cold. The bathroom was good. Toilet flushed with no issues. Shower drain did not back up and leave a pool of water at my feet. I had to leave before breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I did have dinner at the in-house restaurant the night I stayed. It was decent enough. I had the chicken wings and the hazy IPA beer. The beer was excellent. The wings were average, but still good. The restaurant has kind of a cafeteria feel to it, which is kinda meh, but it was still good.
S	Susan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The desk staff are courteous, accommodating and professional. The shuttle is on time to the minute, quick, comfortable with a helpful, kind driver. Nice lobby to sit in waiting for the shuttle. Negative: I sneezed a lot probaby due to chemical cleaning fluids. Natural products would be nice. I have allergies though, it's not just this hotel. Room 225 is noisy if they are arranging the meeting room below. They moved us immediately which was great.
