โ โ โ โ โ Located conveniently near Vancouver airport. The staff are smartly turned out & efficient.
We came over from Vancouver Island the day before our flight today just in case any last minute ferry hitches slowed our arrival at the airport.
There are three malls nearby with restaurants & food courts so lots of choice for a meal?

โ โ โ โ โ Great staff and service. I had no issues at all. I really appreciated the quiet rooms, considering there is planes flying by on a continual basis. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious!

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff. Super convenient location (right next to the Sky train station). It's very nice of them to offer a free upgrade to a suite room as well as shuttle service to the airport. Everything is amazing. I have nothing to complain.

โ โ โ โ โ Check in and check out was quick and front desk staff were accommodating. We had to attend a wedding at 2:30 pm and they allowed us to check in early. They scheduled a shuttle for our departure at 4 am. The shuttle driver showed up on time and got us to the airport within 10 minutes. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently renovated nice hotel. Hot tub was out of commission when we stayed which was disappointing. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Ropms are clean, well laid out and spacious. Good value. Would definitely stay here again.

โ โ โ โ โ I worked in high end hospitality for over a decade; I am very picky with my hotels. While I did not chose this hotel, I attended a multi-day conference and stayed for two nights. Parking was hard to come by, but the front desk staff were pleasant, prompt, and easy to converse with. The check-in process was smooth and much quicker than anticipated! My room was clean besides a few stray hairs on the bedding and the water glasses had very noticeable lip and hand prints all over them- prompting a call to the front desk for more, which arrived in minutes and were clean! Wifi is easy to access, elevators run smoothly, and the conference was executed very well from an attendees standpoint. While I would not pay close to $400 for a night, I am pleased with the service I have received.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent hotel. Looks relatively new. Lots of amenities such as a fridge and a restaurant. Attached to a very small mallโ there are some okay food options there as well. The location is great, though. Lots to do in the area.
The rooms are good. Unfortunately, I donโt think our room was very well cleaned or vacuumed. Some of the bed sheets were also a bit ripped, but those are just some minor details. Other than those couple things, good hotel overall.

โ โ โ โ โ Great lucky room. We were given room 818 on the eighth floor. Comfortable beds. Super clean!! Next time I will try the restaurant. Menu looked good with a variety of dishes. Best part was airport shuttle 24 hours/day and location can't be beat.
